Abstract: A perpetual calendar display device for displaying the calendar date. The perpetual calendar display device includes a calendar housing having a front wall, a rear wall, a top wall, a bottom wall and side walls for forming a first interior compartment. The front wall includes eight (8) elongated vertical spaced-apart strips each having side edges for forming seven (7) elongated vertical spaced-apart display openings. The first interior compartment having mounted therein seven spaced-apart rotatable columns. Each of the rotatable columns includes six (6) vertically spaced-apart display areas, and each of the display areas having up to seven (7) display positions forming a total of at least thirty-seven (37) display positions. Each of the thirty-seven (37) display positions having a number thereon corresponding to the date of a selected month; and the of the thirty-seven (37) display positions being movable into or out of display openings for displaying all of the dates for the selected month.

Abstract: A protective sleeve in the form of a pressure relieving arch having a pair of split pipe sleeves for surrounding an uncut pipe or an uncut piping system preventing breakage by relieving structural strain from loads of a wall, footing or foundation around the pipe or piping system being protected. The pressure relieving arch includes a first protective pipe sleeve in the shape of a hollow semi-circle having a first pair of mating edges; and a second protective pipe sleeve in the shape of a hollow semi-circle having a second pair of mating edges. The first pair of mating edges of the first protective pipe sleeve for mating and connecting with the second pair of mating edges of the second protective pipe sleeve for forming a hollow and cylindrically-shaped pressure relieving arch.

Abstract: Cytokine antagonists for use in localized clinical disorders are provided for the treatment and prevention of damage to the optic nerve, other cranial nerves, spinal cord, nerve roots, peripheral nerves or muscles caused by any one of the following: a herniated nucleus pulposus, osteoarthritis, other forms of arthritis, disorders of bone, disease, or trauma. The cytokine antagonists are used to treat these disorders by local administration. These cytokine antagonists include antagonists to tumor necrosis factor.

Abstract: An entertainment system for storing, transmitting and displaying music, pictures and sound from videos and audios in any format for users to sing or act along with. The entertainment system includes an entertainment center having a central computer and server, a hardswitch connected to the central computer and server, and a converter connected to the hardswitch; and at least one user sub-station location having a plurality of individual karaoke player rooms. The entertainment system also includes a remote library source of videos/audios on any format having T1 bandwidth lines for transmitting to the entertainment center; and the entertainment center also having T1 bandwidth lines for transmitting to at least one of the user sub-station locations. The converter includes a karaoke video disc player for converting the received audio/video into a desired karaoke formatted song, play or movie.

Abstract: A fiber optic lamp includes a lamp housing having a stem section with a passageway therein and a reflector section having a reflective surface. The lamp housing also has first and second circular ledges for receiving and holding in place at least one lens within the lamp housing. A fiber optic cable is provided having a first end for insertion into the passageway of the lamp housing for transmitting light. The second end of the fiber optic cable is connected to a light pump having a light source therein for generating and transmitting light through the fiber optic cable. The fiber optic cable is connected to a socket member of a fixture housing for mounting the stem section of the lamp housing in the fixture housing.

The toothpaste composition includes toothpaste base ingredients; and at least one of appetite suppressant and appetite depressant herbs. The toothpaste base ingredients include a combination of known amounts of Vegetable Glycerin; Sorbitol, Hydrated Silica; Purified Water; Xylitol; Carrageenan; Sodium Lauryl Sulfate; and Titanium Dioxide and a flavoring agent. The appetite suppressing and depressing herbs include at least one of Garcinia Cambogia; Gymnema Sylvestre; Kola Nut; Citrus Aurantium; Yerba Mate; and Griffonia Simplicifolia and comprise a range of substantially 5.5% to substantially 22% by weight of the composition.
