Abstract: A flexible light-guiding module with waterproof function includes a flexible light-guiding film, a light-reflecting element and a light-generating element. The light-reflecting element is disposed on a bottom side of the flexible light-guiding film. The light-generating element is embedded into the flexible light-guiding film, and the light-generating element has a circuit substrate and at least one light-generating chip electrically disposed on the circuit substrate. Hence, the light-generating element is embedded into the flexible light-guiding film, so that the light-generating element is waterproof. In addition, the present invention can be attached to any plane or curved surface by using the flexible light-guiding film, so that the application field of the present invention is very extensive. Moreover, the flexible light-guiding film and the light-reflecting element are integrally formed in order to decrease manufacturing cost of the present invention.

Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a semiconductor device combining transistors integrating on a same substrate transistors including an oxide semiconductor in their channel formation region and transistors including non-oxide semiconductor in their channel formation region. Abstract: In the present application, is disclosed a method of manufacturing a flexible semiconductor device having an excellent reliability and tolerance to the loading of external pressure. The method includes the steps of: forming a separation layer over a substrate having an insulating surface; forming an element layer including a semiconductor element comprising a non-single crystal semiconductor layer, over the separation layer; forming an organic resin layer over the element layer; providing a fibrous body formed of an organic compound or an inorganic compound on the organic resin layer; heating the organic resin layer; and separating the element layer from the separation layer. This method allows the formation of a flexible semiconductor device having a sealing layer in which the fibrous body is impregnated with the organic resin.

Abstract: A soft decision device and method for obtaining a soft decision value as a value expressing a probability as near the actual probability as possible by simple processing. The soft decision device and method are used to output a soft decision value for each bit of each symbol used for decoding the each symbol as a value corresponding to the function value obtained by applying a predetermined function for each bit to the sampled value of the each symbol according to the demodulated signal such that the probability distribution of the sampled value in each symbol point is the Gauss distribution. The function for each bit is approximated to a curve expressing the probability that each bit is 1 or 0 for the sampled value of each symbol of the demodulated signal and defined by using a quadratic function.
Abstract: A colored curable composition is provided which has good developability, has excellent color purity, can be formed into a thin film, and has a high absorption coefficient. The colored curable composition includes at least one of specific dipyrromethene metal complex compounds and tautomers thereof. Also, a colored curable composition suitable for forming a color filter which is used in a liquid crystal display device or a solid-state imaging device, and a color filter using the colored curable composition and a method of producing the same are provided.
