Abstract: An artificially intelligent system comprising a plurality of autonomous virtual machines, anonymously matching advertisements over a publicly accessible electronic network. The system automates matching of free form electronic documents for supply and demand of goods or services. Each machine employs an expert system with a geographical bias, an inherent learning capability, and tendency to improve accuracy over time. Advertisements and knowledge bases are replicated to identically configured networked machines. Each machine elicits a qualified, interactive response to an advertisement, employing electronic commerce in the purchase of contact information for a supplier, by a demander.
Abstract: A power operated container crushing device, the device comprising: an upper housing; a lower housing integral with the upper housing; and a crushing mechanism comprising a motor attached to and retained in upper housing, wherein said motor includes a motor hear for rotational engagement with a drive gear; a drive axle with the drive gear fixably attached at one end for rotation thereof and means to attach the drive axle to a threaded sleeve at the other; an elongated threaded sleeve fixably attached to the drive axle for rotation thereof; a threaded shaft for threadably engaging the threaded sleeve; and a crushing plate fixably attached to the threaded shaft; wherein when the motor rotates the motor gear in one direction, the crushing plate moves in a downward direction, and when the motor rotates in the opposite direction, the crushing plate moves in an upward direction.
Abstract: A device to clean one or more strings, the string cleaning device comprising a body having a handle at one end of said body and a cleaning region for cleaning on the opposite end, wherein said cleaning region includes a pair of semi-rigid pad adapting portions and a cleaning pad fixably attached thereto wherein the pad adapting portions form a substantially U-shape so as to allow said stings to be moved through the opening formed by said U-shaped formation so as to slidably retain said strings between said cleaning pads attached to said pad adapting portions when the strings are being cleaned.
Abstract: A lockable torque-limiting driver that includes, a body, a sleeve, a shaft carried by the body for rotation relative thereto and having a fastener-engaging tip at one end that projects from the body, a torque-limiting mechanism coupled to the shaft and housed within said body, a torque-adjusting mechanism within the body and coupled to the torque-limiting mechanism for adjusting the torque-limiting mechanism to a desired torque value, a torque-locking mechanism operably coupled with the torque-adjusting mechanism and the body or the sleeve for preventing movement of the torque-determining means and locking the settable torque-limiting driver at the desired torque value.
