Abstract: An adjusting device for seating and reclining furniture includes a basis case, a screw rotatable axis, a guide area, an adjuster and a side cover. A notching is set at the upper end face of the guide area. A slider inside of the adjuster is combined with the upper wall of a perforating in the guide area by a connection portion. The width of the connection portion is set corresponding to the width of the notching of the guide area, and a perforated panel is set at the center of the connection portion to make a fender board impenetrate. The fender board may shield the notching of the guide area. A chamber is set in the upper end face of the adjuster corresponding to the position of the perforated panel from top to bottom. The chamber may hold a felt containing lubricating oil. There is a bearing chamber in the inner wall of the side cover. The bearing chamber may make the bearings embed in, and a bearing are pivoted and combined with the end of the screw rotatable axis.

The radiating metal element comprises a radiating portion having a slit, a shorting portion having a first end electrically connected to the radiating portion and a second end electrically connected to the ground plane, and a feeding portion; the feeding portion comprises an antenna feeding point for electrically connecting to a signal source, wherein a first spacing is formed between the feeding portion and the radiating portion, and a second spacing is formed between the feeding portion and the shorting portion.

The pivotal bolt is mounted through the first bracket and the second bracket and serves as a fulcrum when the brackets pivot relatively. The adjustment device is mounted between the first bracket and the second bracket and has a positioning fastener, a driving fastener and an adjustment shaft. The positioning fastener is mounted on the first bracket. The driving fastener is mounted on the second bracket. The adjustment shaft is mounted rotatably through the driving fastener and into positioning fastener and has a threaded section and a positioning section. The threaded section allows the driving fastener to move along the adjustment shaft when the adjustment shaft is rotated.

Thus, when the musical instrument is pulled upward relative to the holding unit to detach from the two holding rods of the holding unit, the two pivot members of the holding unit are pushed upward by the restoring force of the torsion spring so that the two pivot members of the holding unit are moved upward to the expanding position, and the two holding rods of the holding unit are moved to space from each other such that the neck of the musical instrument can be removed from the two holding rods of the holding unit easily and conveniently.

Abstract: An effort-saving stapler includes a first activating mechanism including a first connecting section and an abutting ridge, and a second activating mechanism including a ram and an arm including a second connecting section pivotally connecting to the first connecting section at a fulcrum point “A”. The stapler further includes a pushing mechanism including a third connecting section, an anvil, and an abutting ridge contacting with the abutting edge of the first activating mechanism, and with these two abutting ridges defining a contact point “B”. The stapler further includes a magazine including a fourth connecting section pivotally connected to the third connecting section at a second fulcrum point “C”. The fulcrum point “A”, contact point “B” and fulcrum point “C” are in a straight line when bending legs of the staples for closing the staples in an effort-saving way.
