Abstract: An optical thin film with high hardness is made by insert mold technology and manufacturing processes thereof. The optical thin film is applied on a surface of a plastic housing for increasing hardness of the plastic housing so as to prevent scratches. During manufacturing processes of the insert mold for producing a hard coating film, the step of hardening treatment is moved to the last step so as to avoid cracks on the optical thin film generated during the procedures. Thus, the yield rate is increased, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
Abstract: A multiband antenna for a communication device is disclosed. The multiband antenna comprises a dielectric substrate, a ground portion, and a radiating metal portion. The dielectric substrate comprises two surfaces. The ground portion comprises a first ground plane, a second ground plane, and a connecting metal strip. The first ground plane is on one of the surfaces of the dielectric substrate and has a first connecting point and a shorting point. The second ground plane is near the first ground plane and has a second connecting point. At least one part of the connecting metal strip is on one surface of the dielectric substrate. The connecting metal strip has one end connected to the first connecting point and the other end connected to the second connecting point. The radiating metal portion is connected to the dielectric substrate, without overlapping the first ground plane.
Abstract: A seat includes a first seat body and a second seat body juxtaposed to and combined with the first seat body. The first seat body has a bottom provided with a first connecting plate. The second seat body has a bottom provided with a second connecting plate movably mounted on the first connecting plate of the first seat body. Thus, the distance and angle between the second seat body and the first seat body can be adjusted freely according to users of different sizes so that the seat is designed to satisfy the requirements of different users.
Abstract: A rotary wrench includes a handle having a clamping portion with two arms. Each arm includes a holding portion having a hole. At least one of the holding portions includes a positioning section. Two axles are respectively formed on two sides of a head and rotatably engaged in the holes. At least one of the sides of the head includes a positioning portion releasably engagable with the positioning section so that the head is rotatable relative to the handle about an axis and positionable relative to the axis in one of a plurality of angular positions surrounding the axis. An adjusting member is mounted to the arms and operable to adjust the spacing between the arms to move the arms between a clamping position clamping the head and a releasing position not clamping the head.
Abstract: A ratchet wrench includes a head and a handle interconnected to the head. The head includes a first compartment rotatably receiving a drive member. Two pawls are slideably received in a compartment of the head. A switch is slideably received in a third compartment of the head between first, second, and third operative positions to change the driving direction of the ratchet wrench. An actuator is slideably received in the second compartment and includes two guiding portions selectively engaged with one of the pawls when the switch is in one of the first and second operative positions. The pawls are disengaged from the guiding portions and engaged with the drive member when the switch is in the third operative positions, allowing the handle and the drive member to rotate in either of two directions driving a fastener, and not allowing free rotation of the handle relative to the drive member in either of the two directions without driving the fastener.
Abstract: A front bicycle mudguard is detachably coupled with a clamping assembly. The mudguard has a main body, and a head portion is defined on an end of the main body, with a fixed end provided on an extremity of the head portion. The clamping assembly includes one first clamping device and two second clamping devices. The first clamping device includes a tightening member and a clamping member. The tightening member is inserted into an orifice of a front fork of the bicycle, with an end of the clamping member engaged with the tightening member. Another end of the clamping member is detachably installed to the fixed end. Each second clamping device includes a belt adapted to quickly attach to/detach from the front fork.
Abstract: A cigarette lighter includes a reservoir for storing fuel and a head formed on the reservoir. Moreover, the cigarette lighter includes a valve for releasing the fuel from the reservoir, a nozzle put in the head for spraying the fuel from the valve, an ignition device for igniting the fuel sprayed from the nozzle, a cover for covering the head and an alarm for providing only one round of a message every time the cover is lifted.
Abstract: An in mold decoration process includes inserting a film with decorations into a first mold tool cavity side. The first mold tool cavity side is then engaged with a first mold tool core side, and the film in the first mold tool cavity side undergoes a high-pressure heat forming procedure. After the forming procedure, the film is formed with a cavity and maintained in the first mold tool cavity side. The first mold tool cavity side is then disengaged from the first mold tool core side and engaged with a second mold tool core side, and the film undergoes an injection molding procedure. The cavity is injected with a molten resin. After the molding procedure, the molten resin becomes a plastic component bound to the film to form a semi-finished product. The semi-finished product is then ejected out of the first mold tool cavity side and trimmed to form a finished product.
Abstract: An inner-rotor-type heat dissipating fan includes a fan housing, a seal casing, an inner-rotor-type motor, an impeller and a circuit board. The fan housing includes an outer frame portion and a motor casing. The seal casing is a hollow housing made of magnetically conductive material. One end of the seal casing forms a connecting portion coupling to the motor casing. The inner-rotor-type motor is mounted inside the seal casing. The impeller is coupled to the inner-rotor-type motor and outside the seal casing. The circuit board is electrically connected to the stator. By this configuration, rotation stability of the impeller is enhanced by the inner-rotor-type motor, airflow generated by rotation of the impeller is effectively concentrated and guided by the fan housing, and a sealing effect for avoiding magnetic flux leakage is provided by the seal casing. Consequently, heat dissipating efficiency is enhanced.

Abstract: A grip assembly for a jump rope includes a grip body having a first end formed with an open casing and a second end formed with a receiving space, a counter mounted in the casing, a cover mounted on the casing and abutting the counter to locate the counter between the casing and the cover, a pivot head rotatably mounted on the casing and connected with the counter to drive the counter, and a weight member mounted in the receiving space of the grip body. Thus, the counter can count and indicate the jump number of the jump rope so that the user can know the jump number exactly. In addition, the weight member provides a damping force to the user' arms so as to exercise the user's arms.
Abstract: A hinge has a guiding component, a sliding component and a pivoting device. The guiding component has a base and a track. The base has a top, a free end, a pivoting end and a pivoting portion. The pivoting portion is formed on the pivoting end. The track is mounted on the top of the base near the free end and has two wings. The wings protrude out respectively and traversely from the track. The sliding component is slidably mounted around the track and has a bottom and two recesses. The recesses are formed on the bottom of the sliding component, are opposite to each other and are respectively mounted around the wings. The pivoting device is pivotally mounted to the pivoting portion of the guiding component. Therefore, the guiding component is mounted slidably on the guiding component and pivotally to the pivoting device.
Abstract: A filter includes a crucible, a filtering container, and a receiving tank. The crucible has a heater for heating a pre-filtered object to comprise a primary material in liquid and at least one other material in solid. The filtering container has a body, a sieve, and a press rod. The body connects with the crucible for receiving the heated pre-filtered object in a channel and provides a guide-out member; the sieve is disposed in said channel; and the press rod movably received in the channel for pressing the primary material of the pre-filtered object to flow through the sieve and to the guide-out member. The receiving tank has an entrance facing the guide-out member of the filtering container to receive the filtered primary material.
