Abstract: A resilient flooring system in combination with an athletic court having a playing direction and a cross-direction transverse of said playing direction. The flooring system comprises a non-resilient base covered with a resilient layer, and sub-flooring comprising substantially rectangular panel members laid side-by-side and end-to-end in staggered relationship diagonally of the playing direction. The panels are slightly spaced along their ends and sides to form expansion joints. Flooring shorts are arranged over the sub-floor in end-to-end and side-to-side engagement. The shorts are arranged to extend parallel with the playing direction over the entire length of the court. The shorts are also arranged so that a section thereof between opposed ends extends over the expansion joints. Securing members secure each short with the panel members on opposing sides of the expansion slots. Finally, clips are provided to secure the panel members with the base flooring in a manner allowing limited vertical movement.
Abstract: A rotary regenerative heat exchanger includes a rotor having primary vanes 14 extending between the hub and the periphery of the rotor, and additional secondary vanes 15 between said primary vanes and extending over an outer annulus of the rotor. Abstract: Patients who develop increased numbers of ??+ cytotoxic T lymphocytes 2–6 months after allogeneic bone marrow transplantation are less likely to relapse than those who do not. The ??+ T cells isolated from blood of patients with increased ??+ T cells are CD3+CD4?CD8?CD57+, cytolytic to K562 cells, and express the V?1 T cell receptor phenotype. Similar ??+ T cells can be generated in vitro by culture of donor mononuclear cells which are enriched for ??+ T cells by immunomagnetic depletion of depleted of CD4+ and CD8+ cells. This ??-enriched cell preparation was cultured on a combination of immobilized pan-? monoclonal antibody and irradiated recipient B cell leukemia. After four weeks, the cultures were almost exclusively V?1+CD3+CD4?CD8? cells that co-expressed activation-associated antigens CD69, CD25, and HLA-DR.

Abstract: This invention is directed to a system and method for creating characterization information and a correction map from a first display grid that can be transmitted and used by a second display grid. Computer readable instructions embodied in a computer readable medium calibrate a first display grid and create an ICC color profile and correction map from said calibration information, such that an image to be displayed across an entire display grid which is segmented into portions corresponding to each display device in the display grid is displayed with uniform luminance and color across the entire display grid. The invention can then store the correction map and characterization information and send the information to a second display device for it to use. Alternatively, the calibration or characterization information can be associated with an image file and sent to a second location for display.
