Abstract: The present invention provides a profiling process which allows for the material sheet to be profiled so that the surface is minimally affected and only slight plastic deformation of the material occurs, and yet uniform three-dimensional structuring takes place. Additionally, the present invention allows for an improved inherent stability in the plane of the profiled material sheet to be achieved while only minimally affecting the cross-section.

Abstract: A drive system for tracked vehicles has the drive engine and the electrical generator combined into one modular drive unit. The elements of the drive motor and generator can be integrated in the drive units in the form of modules. There are at least two drive units that are located one on each side of the vehicle housing in the vicinity of the chain or track shoulders.
Abstract: In a mechanical single-chamber filling system for filling bottles or similar containers with a liquid product, each filling element has a return gas tube that forms a gas or return gas duct that emerges in a gas space of a toroidal bowl. In this gas or return gas duct there is a mechanically actuated pressurization gas valve. The pressurization gas valve is simultaneously realized in the form of a Trinox valve, namely to regulate a Trinox pressure in the respective container, largely independently of the pressure in a Trinox duct.
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a security structure intended particularly for the construction of security containers and security rooms. The security structure has an alarm mat integral therewith. The alarm mat is constructed from one or more insulated, electrically conductive threads, wires, or the like, or from one or more light conducting, optical fibres. The thread or threads is/are disposed to form continuous meshes, loops, or eyes of the kind obtained when knitting or crocheting.
Abstract: An economical process for the manufacture of a polycrystalline, sintered, ceramic abrasive from a powder raw material is described, which process is characterized by the following process steps: preparation of a slip largely free from polymerizing and/or coagulating additives from the powder raw material; pressureless shallow casting of the slip in a vessel; degassing, drying and crushing of the cast sheet to obtain a fabricated material and sintering of the fabricated material to create the abrasive. This process can be used to manufacture an abrasive that permits extremely high grinding performance due to its extraordinary density and structural integrity.

Abstract: Door system with a locking device which has top and bottom locking elements which can be displaced by a drive unit to realize a door system which is simple and easy to install, whereby the functional and operational reliability of the system are increased. For this purpose, associated with each of the top and bottom locking elements is an actuator element whereby the actuator elements are fastened to a single slide which is held on a beam so that it can move perpendicular to the sliding direction of the leaf and which can be moved indirectly by the drive unit.

Abstract: A simplified reclining mechanism, as for chairs and seating, is herein described. The balanced design of such a reclinable chair for yard or patio usage is herein described. The reclining mechanism is an integral part of the chair or seat. The contoured design of the seat, back, legs and headrest gives firm, comfortable support to all parts of the body in both positions. What makes this chair stand above the rest is its unique 2 position balanced design. In the upright position it functions as a chair with head and legrest. Balance is the key to this design. By slightly throwing or shifting your weight backwards, this chair teters, giving a feeling of weightlessness and falling backwards until it lands solidly on its rear legs. In this position, every part of the occupant's body is cradled by the design. This chair also has the health advantage of having your legs lifted and held at heart level.
Abstract: A fastening of end caps to housings that are made of profiles and are used for door-specific devices on automatically operated doors. The end caps are thereby invisibly clipped or clipped in a concealed manner onto installation elements that have previously been connected with the sections, whereby at least one of the installation elements is simultaneously used as a fastening for the housing.
Abstract: A two part flywheel having a torsional vibration damper with a plurality of inertial masses, for installation in the drive train of a motor vehicle. The two part flywheel comprises a first inertial mass system and a second inertial mass system. The first inertial mass system comprises a plurality of planet gears. The second inertial mass system comprises a sun gear. The planet gears solely engage with the sun gear. The first inertial mass system also comprises a first planar annular wall disposed substantially perpendicular to the common axis of rotation. The second inertial mass system also comprises a second planar annular wall disposed substantially perpendicular to the common axis of rotation. At least a portion of each planet gear of said plurality of planet gears is disposed between said first annular wall and said second annular wall.
Abstract: A bottling system for filling bottles or similar containers with a liquid product has a plurality of filling elements. Each filling element has a liquid valve for the controlled dispensing of the product as well as a plurality of gas ducts realized in a housing of the filling element, which gas ducts can be controlled by at least three separate and individually controlled control valves for each filling element, whereby the bottling method can be changed from an unpressurized bottling, bottling under counter pressure using the single-chamber bottling principle, as well as bottling under counter pressure using the three-chamber bottling pressure, essentially merely by modifying the control program.
Abstract: A filling system for filling bottles or similar containers with a liquid product under counter pressure has a plurality of filling elements. Each filling element has a liquid valve for the controlled dispensing of the product as well as a plurality of gas ducts realized in a housing, by means of which ducts at least three separate and individually controlled control valves for each filling element can be controlled so that a wide variety of processes can be conducted for the bottling of the product, and namely merely by varying the actuation of the control valves or by varying a corresponding program for a microprocessor-assisted or computer-assisted control device.
Abstract: A sub-roofing element for a flat, plate-shaped structural element, in particular for a solar energy collection module that can be fastened to joist elements that can be laid on a pitched roof in the ridge-eaves direction, whereby the sub-roofing element is made of watertight material and has at least one water channel.
Abstract: Proposed is a drilling tool for drilling in solid material, having a base body (1) containing chip flutes (5, 5a) and at least two interchangeable inserts (3, 3a) at the face of the base body (1). The inserts are arranged on the base body at different radial distances such that their working ranges partially overlap. The blades (12) of the inserts (3, 3a) are formed by two cutting edges (8, 9) which together form an obtuse angle, that is the point angle (11). The face (13) of the blades (12) has parallel profile ribs (14, 14a) which act as runners and which in the region of the cutting edges (8, 9), aligned in the direction of chip removal, extend radially inwards over a curved course relative to their installed position, toward a flank region (17) of the insert (3, 3a) near the drilling tool axis (7).

The head and the barrel are realized as separate components whose axes can be displaced relative to one another and which can be axially fixed relative to one another. An adjusting nut has a slot-like groove in which a retaining flange of the attachment bolt is seated, the floor of which groove forms a support flange for the retaining flange and has a slot which guides, and through which passes, the barrel of the attachment bolt.
