A third spring in the front chamber, is shorter in length than the front chamber. A recoil adjusting plug is used with or without the recoil mechanism.

The modification includes a small microphone in one of the hoses of the stethoscope. Signals from the microphone are input to a computer such as a personal computer or PC for processing. The computer extracts from these signals features which are dominant for particular lung diseases. A classifier classifies these features, determines if the lungs are diseased, and identifies the disease.

The impulse generating means (16, 18, 19) is designed to induce a vertical movement in this system liquid column (10), which results in a pressure variation in the gas filled space (15) that is pneumatically connected with the fluidic space (7).

A rotation in a horizontal direction is therefore controlled within a range of predetermined angles, additionally further rotation in the same direction is available via pressing of the second member into the desired direction.
