Abstract: The present invention provides a multi-bits non-volatile memory circuit having a cell transistor with non-conductive trap gate which has a cell array capable of reading a plural data simultaneously. The present invention is a non-volatile memory circuit in which a plurality of cell transistors M having a non-conductive trapping gate TG are arranged, comprising: a plurality of source-drain lines SDL, which are connected commonly with the source-drain regions SD1, SD2 of cell transistors adjacent in row direction, wherein these adjacent source-drain lines are set to a floating state F, a read-out voltage application state BL, a reference voltage state OV, a read-out voltage state BL, and a floating state F, and the source-drain lines SDL in the read-out voltage state is caused to function as bit lines, such that a plurality of data are read out simultaneously. The above states are generated by the page buffer P/B connected to the source-drain line. The data read and hold are performed by the page buffer.

A negative pressure detection hole that opens within the intake manifold, is provided in the outer wall of the intake manifold, and a negative intake pressure sensor that is fixed to the outer wall is positioned in the negative pressure detection hole.

Abstract: A suspension structure includes a subframe and a suspension arm. The suspension structure has strength lower than that of the subframe. When an excessive external force acts from a road surface on a wheel, the suspension arm is deformed before the subframe is, thereby preventing the excessive external force from directly acting on the subframe.

The isolation signal generating circuits are hierarchically divided into main isolation signal generating circuits and sub isolation signal generating circuits. The sub isolation signal generating circuits generate sub isolation signals having a first potential on a high-potential side. The main isolation signal generating circuits generate main isolation signals having a second potential on the high-potential side, the second potential being lower than the first potential.

Abstract: A video imaging device obtains the eyeball image of a cornea using light emitted from an imaging light source to the cornea. On the basis of the obtained eyeball image, a video processing device calculates the X- and Y-axis shift amounts and torsion angle of the cornea with respect to the reference position and causes a coordinate indicating device to indicate the calculated X- and Y-axis shift amounts and torsion angle. With this arrangement, the position and torsion angle of the cornea of the patient can be accurately detected and measured without forming any mark on the eyeball to measure the position of the cornea, and the measured position and torsion angle of the cornea can be indicated.

Abstract: A sensor probe and method of use for determining the temperature, velocity, and/or liquid volumetric fraction of gas laden with droplets. In one variation, the probe includes a single heating element used in a well-characterized flow. The heating element is maintained above the Leidenfrost transition for the droplets, which prevents cooling effects from the droplets from impacting the temperature measurement. In another variation, the probe includes two or more heating elements arranged in similar flow environments. The property of interest is derived by relying on thermodynamic and heat transfer principles, which are not usable in conjunction with conventional devices.

Abstract: A semiconductor lamination including an n-type layer and a p-type layer composed of a gallium nitride based compound semiconductor and forming a light emitting region is formed on the surface of a substrate. A p-side electrode is formed through a diffusion metal layer on the surface of the semiconductor lamination. Also, an n-side electrode is formed on the n-type layer exposed by etching off a part of the semiconductor lamination. The n-side electrode is formed of an ohmic contact electrode and a bonding electrode. The bonding electrode is formed in such a manner as to cover the surface and the sides of the ohmic contact electrode. As a result, a semiconductor light emitting device made of a gallium nitride based compound semiconductor is produced having an electrode structure of a superior ohmic contact characteristic and a superior wire bonding characteristic.

Abstract: A semiconductor memory device has 2n word lines, a plurality of bit lines, a plurality of nonvolatile memory cells disposed at each intersection of the word lines and the bit lines, a write circuit for writing data to a memory cell located at an intersection of selected ones of the word lines and the bit lines, and a sense amplifier for reading data out of the memory cells. Further, the semiconductor memory device comprises a first unit for simultaneously selecting a block of 2m (n>m) word lines among the 2n word lines, and a second unit for not selecting a block of 2k (m>k) word lines among the 2m word lines. The second unit does not select the block of 2k word lines, and selects a block of 2k word lines prepared outside the 2n word lines when any one of the 2k word lines among the 2m word lines is defective. Consequently, redundant word lines are effectively employed, write and verify operations are stable, and thereby the yield and performance of the semiconductor memory device are improved.

The converter includes a voltage generation circuit, a switching control circuit, a current detection circuit, and a step control circuit. An output transistor performs switching to generate the output voltage of the switching control circuit. The current detection circuit is connected to the voltage generation circuit to detect a load current, which is derived from the output voltage, and to generate a detection signal. A stop control circuit maintains the output transistor in an activated state in accordance with the detection signal and stops the operation of the switching control circuit when the load current is less than or equal to the load current.

Abstract: The present invention is that, in a memory circuit comprising a cell array and peripheral circuit, the cell array power source is supplied to a circuit which operates during the power-down mode in addition to the cell array. The circuit which operates during the power-down mode is, for example, a self-refresh circuit. A dynamic memory requires refreshing operations in fixed intervals even during the power-down mode. Therefore, the self-refresh circuit is operating even during the power-down mode. Thus, by supplying the cell array power source to the self-refresh circuit, it is possible to consume a prescribed quantity of current from the cell array power source generation circuit to an extent of being able to maintain the level thereof even during the power-down mode. The cell array power source may be maintained within an appropriate voltage range thereby.
