Patent number: 6377509Abstract: The command decoder decodes a command signal to generate a command control signal. The mask circuit receives the command control signal to recognize the operating state of the memory core thereafter, and activates a mask signal when the command signal to be supplied anew is unacceptable. The control circuit disables an operation of the memory core corresponding to the command control signal when the mask signal is activated. Illegal commands are decided by the mask circuit alone. On this account, the control circuit need not be provided with a circuit for individually determining commands as illegal in accordance with actual operating states. Therefore, using the mask circuit makes it possible to prevent malfunctions resulting from illegal commands with facility and reliability. The intrinsic functions of the control circuit have only to be verified at the time of design and circuit modifications, which results in improving design efficiency.Type: GrantFiled: December 20, 2000Date of Patent: April 23, 2002Assignee: Fujitsu LimitedInventor: Yoshimasa Yagishita

Patent number: 6374795Abstract: An engine includes an engine block having a crankcase, which has a first bearing on one sidewall and an opening on the other sidewall to assemble a crankshaft. A case cover is coupled to the crankcase by a plurality of bolts to close the opening, and which has a second bearing. Two knock pins are fit into the crankcase and the case cover over their joint faces at locations closer to a cylinder bore in the engine block than the second bearing. The knock pins define the position for coupling the crankcase and the case cover to each other and contribute to an increase in rigidity of the case cover. The supporting strength for the crankshaft is increased and the weight of the case cover is reduced.Type: GrantFiled: December 26, 2000Date of Patent: April 23, 2002Assignee: Honda Giken Kogyo Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Ketaro Furuya, Hiroki Tawa, Koji Yasuda

Patent number: 6373783Abstract: In performing a read operation or a write operation in a memory cell, a row control circuit is first operated to activate a word line. Subsequently, a command control circuit receives a column operation command in synchronization with a clock signal so as to operate a column control circuit. Here, under the control of a timing adjusting circuit, the column control circuit starts operating a predetermined delay time after the reception of the column operation command. By delaying the operation of the column control circuit, the read operation or the write operation in the memory cell can be performed at the optimum timing corresponding to the operating timing of an internal circuit independent of the cycle of the clock signal. As a result, the number of times in receiving commands per unit time can be increased to enhance the bus occupation rate of data.Type: GrantFiled: June 5, 2000Date of Patent: April 16, 2002Assignee: Fujitsu LimitedInventor: Hiroyoshi Tomita

Patent number: 6372365Abstract: A resin-coated Al—Zn alloy coated steel sheet is excellent in formability, resistance to chromium dissolution, corrosion resistance, alkali resistance, and paintability, and produced by the following method. That is, a silane coupling agent having amino group, chromium ion and at least one alcohol selected from the group consisting of trihydric alcohol and dihydric alcohol having the number of carbon of 2 to 3 are compounded into an acrylic polymer resin emulsion including carboxyl group and glycidyl group, and having an acid value of 10 to 60. A pH of the resultant mixture is adjusted within a range of 7 to 9 to obtain a chromate containing resin composition. The chromate containing resin composition is applied on an Al—Zn alloy coated steel sheet as a substrate, and then dried to obtain a resin film on the substrate. A compounding amount of the silane coupling agent is within a range of 0.5 to 3.0 wt % with respect to a resin solid component of the acrylic polymer resin emulsion.Type: GrantFiled: June 23, 1999Date of Patent: April 16, 2002Assignee: Daido Steel Sheet Corp.Inventors: Masatoshi Ibuki, Osamu Goto, Noriaki Yoshitake, Yoshiyuki Murasawa, Shotaro Tsuda
