    Abstract: Magnetoresistive devices are formed on the insulating surface of a substrate made of silicon. The devices are connected in series through an insulating film using a wiring layer formed on the surface of the substrate. An insulating film for passivation is formed to cover the devices and the wiring layer. A magnetic shield layer of Ni—Fe alloy is formed on the passivation insulating film through an organic film for relieving thermal stress to cover one of the devices. After removal of the sensor chip containing the magnetoresistive devices and other components from the wafer, the chip is bonded to a lead frame through an Ag paste layer by heat treatment. Preferably, the magnetic shield layer is made of a Ni—Fe alloy having a Ni content of 69% or less.

The molded section is made of TPO instead of a rubber material. Although stress acting in the direction of extension of the weather strip may be applied, the presence of the concave cutout portions limits the concentration of stress on the connection surface.

The buffer circuit is coupled to the pulse generating circuit and includes a switch circuit and a common mode buffer. The switch circuit generates the positive mono-cycle or the negative mono-cycle, based upon whether the first series of pulses is received from the pulse generating circuit or the second series of pulses is received from the pulse generating circuit.

    Abstract: Two-step protruding portions are provided in a cover of a pulley for hooking the cover on the pulley. When a bridging part is broken, a driving-unit-side portion of the bridging part is outwardly displaced in a rotation axis direction of the pulley. The first-step protruding portion of the cover thereby slips out from a hooking state. However, after the driving-unit-side portion mounts on the driven-unit-side portion, no further force acts outwardly in the rotation axis direction. As a result, the second-step protruding portion of the cover is hooked on the pulley, so that the cover can be fixed to the pulley. This results in inhibiting broken bridging parts or dampers from dispersing.

Moreover, the flow regulating cloth breaks at a portion made to be easily torn, before the completion of inflation of the airbag. In other words, the airbag is released from the regulation of the inflow of the inflating gas before the completion of inflation.
