  • Patent number: 7052765
Abstract: A method for manufacturing antibacterial polyester master batches and fibers containing nano-silver particles, the method includes the acts of: mixing a reducing agent, glycol and a silver precursor together to compose a first mixture; esterifying terephthalic acid and glycol to compose a second mixture containing block polymers; mixing the first and second mixtures to make the block polymers further polymerize to achieve a polyester liquid containing nano-silver particles; optionally, cooling the polyester liquid to solidify; and selectively, granulating the solidified polyester to obtain a polyester master batches or melting spinning the polyester to obtain polyester fibers. By reducing the silver ions during polymerizing reaction, the reduced silver particles are separated by polymerized polyester molecules so that the silver particles are evenly distributed inside the polyester master batches without coagulation.

  • Patent number: 7045817
Abstract: The invention provides a TFT electrode structure and its manufacturing method that can prevent metal diffusion occurring in the fabrication of a TFT, and thereby reduce the risk of contamination of the chemical vapor deposition process due to metallic ion diffusion. The transparent pixel electrode is formed after the gate electrode metal so that the pixel transparent electrode can be used as a barrier layer to prevent metal diffusion under high temperature from the gate electrode metal to adjacent insulating layers or the active layer. Further, the method used to form the transparent pixel electrode is a low-temperature physical vapor deposition process, which affected less by the processing environment, and the transparent pixel electrode is a conductive layer that is not affected by metal diffusion.

  • Patent number: 7046301
Abstract: A vertical synchronous signal detection circuit includes an analog-digital converter, an average calculation circuit and a compare circuit. The analog-digital converter receives a composite video signal and converts the video signal into a digital signal having a vertical synchronizing pulse. The average calculation circuit is coupled to receive the digital signal. The average calculation circuit calculates an average level of the vertical synchronizing pulse within a predetermined period. The compare circuit is connected to the average calculation circuit. The compare circuit compares a threshold level received thereto with the average level and outputs a synchronous detect signal when the average level falls below the threshold level.
