  • Patent number: 6676006
Abstract: A flux supply device comprises a liquid replenishing portion containing a liquid flux for replenishment, a liquid holding portion connected to the lower end of the liquid replenishing portion with a first electromagnetic valve provided therebetween, and a liquid supply portion connected to the lower end of the liquid holding portion with a second electromagnetic valve provided therebetween. The lower end of the liquid supply portion is located in a flux storage tank in which a mixed gas is generated. A gas blow-in pipe for supplying a combustible gas is also located in the flux storage tank. The first electromagnetic valve and the second electromagnetic valve are controlled in given timing so that one opens and closes and then the other opens and closes, alternately and repeatedly. This prevents the pressure variation in the flux storage tank from affecting the liquid replenishing portion and the surface level of the liquid flux in the flux storage tank is kept unchanged.

  • Patent number: 6675481
Abstract: A gardening shears structure in which one handgrip has a circular recess sealed by a rotary plug. The rotary plug has a knob at the top that facilitates minimal force rotation during extrication, with a spring situated inside the circular recess enabling the smooth removal of the rotary plug, and a pliant body permeated with oil is inserted into a hollow sleeve at the bottom of the rotary plug such that it is partially exposed. After flower and branch cutting, a physically-worn or hand-carried cloth serves as a means of simple cleaning and following the wiping away of sap, leaf fragments, soil, and other grimy matter on the two blades of the truncating section, the oil permeating the pliant body is applied to shield them from air exposure to prevent corrosion and lubrication, thereby achieving the objective of maintenance.

Abstract: A package structure for a semiconductor device comprises a substrate having a main surface and a back surface, a semiconductor chip formed on the main surface of the substrate, a package covering the semiconductor chip, radiation protrude electrodes and connection protrude electrodes. The radiation protrude electrodes are formed on the back surface of the substrate in a chip area where said semiconductor chip is located. Each of the radiation protrude electrodes are formed with a first pitch so that the radiation protrude electrodes make one body joining layer when the package structure is subjected to a heat treatment. The connection protrude electrodes are formed on the back surface of the substrate in a peripheral area of the chip area. Each of the connection protrude electrodes formed with a second pitch which is larger than the first pitch so that the connection protrude electrodes stay individual when the package structure is subjected to a heat treatment.

  • Patent number: 6671075
Abstract: Disclosed is an offset voltage cancellation circuit that can quickly cope with a change in the state and can cancel an offset voltage for differential signals. Peak voltages VP1 and VP2 of differential input signals VA1 and VA2 are retained in capacitors 12 of peak detectors 101 and 102. An adder 201 adds the differential input signal VA1 to the peak voltage VP2 to obtain a differential output signal VC1, while an adder 202 adds the differential input signal VA2 to the peak voltage VP1 to obtain a differential output signal VC2. The differential output voltages VC1 and VC2 are transmitted to a peak level reset unit 30 to generate a reset signal RST that is consonant with the potential difference, and the reset signal RST is transmitted to the gates of NMOSes 14 of the peak detectors 101 and 102. When an offset occurs between the differential output signals VC1 and VC2, the level of the reset signal RST is increased, and the NMOSes 14 are rendered conducive.

  • Patent number: 6671597
Abstract: A controller for an electric power steering system which generates a steering assist force by an electric motor driven on the basis of a steering torque applied to an operation member. The controller calculates an assist target electric current value by adding a first inertia compensation value, generated in accordance with a first steering torque differential value corresponding to a time-based differential value of the steering torque, to a basic assist electric current value determined in accordance with the steering torque, and preferably by further adding thereto a second inertia compensation value. This second inertia compensation value may be generated in accordance with a second steering torque differential value determined as a time-based differential value of a steering torque component obtained by removing a high frequency component from the steering torque.
