The middle part of the elastic member is a pressing portion. In addition, a suspension arm is extended from the fixing portion. When the fastening portion is to be fasten on the circuit board and the fixing portion is to be fixed on the circuit board by the fixing member, the pressing portion presses one of the heat conduction pad on one of the heat generating electronic component, and the suspension arm presses the other heat conduction pad on the other heat generating electronic component.
Abstract: A method and a device are used to generate print data of any resolutions based on ink volume from the original print data. The print data in the form of halftoned levels are first transferred to the ink image according to the relation between halftone level and drop number obtained by the experiment of ink control. Then, the ink image of original resolution is converted to the ink image of desired resolution by the concept of conservation ink volume per pixel where the amount of ink drops in the unit area stays coherent in the conversion. Finally, each drop number of the converted ink image is transferred to the corresponding halftone level to generate the printing data that can be accepted by the printing device.

Abstract: A de-interlacing device having a pattern recognizing unit and a method therefor for receiving an interlaced image and outputting a non-interlaced image. The de-interlacing device includes a first de-interlacing unit, a second de-interlacing unit and a pattern recognizing unit. The pattern recognizing unit receives the interlaced image, recognizes whether or not the interlaced image has an obviously horizontal pattern, outputting the interlaced image to the first de-interlacing unit if yes, and outputting the interlaced image to the second de-interlacing unit if not. The first de-interlacing unit and the second de-interlacing unit use different de-interlacing methods. The first or second de-interlacing unit receives the interlaced image outputted from the pattern recognizing unit and outputs the non-interlaced image accordingly.
Abstract: A heat sink retaining device for attaching a heat sink on a chip unit is provided, which includes a retaining component and a rotating component. The retaining component is locked to the heat sink in a state of pressing by a hook portion thereof, and the rotating component is pivotally disposed on the retaining component and pivotally rotated between a release position and a locking position. When the rotating component is at the locking position, a clamping portion of the rotating component is snapped onto the chip unit and presses the retaining component against the heat sink and the chip unit, thus improving the stability, reliability and fastness of the integral combination and meanwhile achieving the goal of being extremely convenient in assembling or disassembling.
Abstract: A suspending device for screwdrivers has a suspending rod and multiple sliders. The suspending rod has two holes defined through the suspending rod respectively near two ends of the suspending rod. The sliders are slidably attached to the suspending rod. Each slider has a holder, two clamping arms and a holding bore. The clamping arms respectively extend from top edge and bottom edge of the holder and respectively engage with top edge and bottom edge of the supporting rod. The holding bore is defined through the holder to hold a shank of a screwdriver. Accordingly, the suspending device can fit with different types of screwdrivers and is versatile in use.
Abstract: A rotational retaining mechanism for storage devices allows storage devices to be unlocked quickly in a rotatable way thereby enlarging the operating space in a housing. The rotational retaining mechanism includes a housing, a modular frame for receiving storage devices and a retaining buckle. The housing has a bottom board, a stopping part protruded upwardly from the bottom board, and a front board. The front board has a receiving entry and a pair of pivotal parts respectively formed at two sides thereof. The module frame has a pair of pivotal parts for mounting pivotally with the pivotal parts of the housing, a holding tab, and a clipping part. The holding tab is held by the stopping part of the housing, when the module frame is opened. The retaining buckle is positioned on the housing and clipped with the clipping part when the modular frame is closed.
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a semiconductor device comprises the steps of: preparing a semiconductor substrate, the semiconductor substrate having first and second predetermined regions; forming a first field region surrounding the first predetermined region; forming a second field region surrounding the second predetermined region while a separating region exists between adjacent first and second field regions; forming a first insulation film on the semiconductor substrate; forming a resist pattern on the first insulation film, the resist pattern covering the first predetermined region and a part of the separating region; exposing the second predetermined region by etching the first insulation film using the resist pattern as a mask; forming a second insulation film on the second predetermined region; and forming gate electrodes on the first and second insulation films.
Abstract: A low voltage complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) process tri-state buffer includes a logic device, a biasing device and a switch device. The logic device receives an input signal and an enable signal and generates a first control signal and a second control signal. The biasing device receives the first control signal and thus controls a voltage level of a third control signal. The switch device receives the second and third control signals and respectively couples an output terminal to a first external voltage source and a second external voltage source when the second and third control signals are enabled. When the enable signal is disabled, the second and third control signals are simultaneously disabled so that the output terminal is floating with respect to the first and second external voltage sources and the output terminal is held in a high impedance state.
Abstract: A multi-state recognition device of a server blade system is provided. The multi-state recognition device comprises a logic circuit set for receiving a system state signal to control a multi-color LED set, and the multi-color LED set which illustrates the current sate of the blade server. The multi-state recognition device of the blade server receives plural signals outputted by the blade server and plural signals outputted by the system management unit. The blade server, the system management unit, and the multi-state recognition device all receive a main power source signal. The multi-state recognition device comprises a logic circuit set and a multi-color LED set, wherein the logic circuit set controls the multi-color LED set according to the plural signals outputted by the blade server and the plural signals outputted by the system management unit, so that the multi-color LED set generates various light signal states.
Abstract: A terminal computer display assembly, which fixes a monitor onto a rotary supporting base provided. The support has a set of rails with a plurality of positioning units longitudinally aligned, and an inclined angular-positioning unit to limit the backward inclination of the support within a particular range of angles.
