Abstract: A channel adapted to receive the wheel of a bicycle or motor cycle. The walls are inclined toward the base of the channel to provide a firm grip on wheels of varying sizes. The walls of the channel contain in one case holes in an alternative embodiment slots which are connected by a pin or bar that secures the wheel in the channel. The pin and bar contain holes that will accept a lock and prevent its removal. A series of channels may be mounted on a plate or other structure to allow for the secure storage of a number of cycles simultaneously.

Abstract: A device for securing and tensioning a band saw blade, including a rectangular base member having a longitudinal axis, and a disk member fixedly attached at one end of the base member, the disk member holding a first end of the band saw blade in place. A first pair of parallel blade guides is disposed parallel to the longitudinal axis of the base member for supporting a section of the band saw blade therebetween. A retractable tensioning mechanism is disposed at the other end of the base member, which produces an outwardly directed force on a second end of the band saw blade.

Abstract: The invention consists of a ring that surrounds a vertical post or tube extending from a table, at least one, adapter connected to the ring and an extension arm connected to the adapter. At least three arms are rotatably connected to the extension arm proximate the adapter. One arm contains a cup holder, another arm contains arcuate recesses for securing hand utensils and another is a fiat arm for holding a napkin. The extension arm contains a telescoping arm that extends with an arcuate finger to hold a plate. When brought into alignment with the extension arm the arms nest and have the capability of folding up against the vertical post.

Abstract: A Combination Grill Wok Barbeque has a circular steel plate with legs to raise the surface to table height. A post extends from the top surface and receives a tube sealed at one end. A steel ring is attached to the tube at one point on its circumference and is co-planar with the plate. The ring is designed to accommodate either a grill or a wok and support it over a heat source on the plate. The heat source may be either a propane burner or a charcoal fire in which case a wind shield is attached to the edge of the plate.

Abstract: A collapsible luggage carrier has a support frame and at least one support arm attached to the support frame. There is a tubular axle sleeve member attached to the support arms and a rear axle in and extending beyond opposing ends of the axle sleeve member. A rear wheel is rotatively attached to each end of the rear axle. A lower handle member is rotatively connected to the rear axle and is adjacent the opposing ends of the axle sleeve member. An upper handle member is slidingly and lockingly connected to the lower handle. A handle locking member is releasably secured to the lower handle member and to the upper handle member. The handle locking member has a first bar and a second bar opposing the first bar. A cross member of the lower handle member is placed within a first channel to releasably grasp the lower handle member and each of the side bars of the upper handle member are placed in the second channels to releasably grasp the upper handle member.

Abstract: A table sized hockey-type game has a frame attached to the base. The frame defines a playing area bearing indicia designed to resemble a hockey rink. There are goal and goal tending placed on each end of the playing area. There are four removable legs attached to the bottom of the frame. The game has a moveable game piece and a number of sticks. The length of the sticks may be adjusted as the player desires. Play is commenced by placing the game piece in play and attempting to bat it into the goal The game may be played by four to six players, and ends when one team reaches a predetermined number of goals.

Abstract: The invention is a connector for square tubing used in a system of construction and includes many designs but all having a plurality of orthogonal arms connected at a common point and including a wedge block at the end distal from the common point. The arm and wedge block have complementary sloping surfaces that expand the wedge block as it is moved up the slope by a draw bolt which enters the side wall of the arm, crosses the primary longitudinal axis of the arm and exits proximate the opposed wall where it engages the wedge block. The expanded wedge block secures tubing in place over the arm to the arm. The hex head draw bolt is recessed in the arm of the connector.

Abstract: The invention is a hidden stand for dolls that includes a set of shells, hemispheric, bell or horn shaped adapted to rest on a flat surface containing an opening in the top surface of each shell for receiving the legs and lower torso of a doll. The garment covering the lower torso is spread over the shell where it is appropriately displayed.

Abstract: A mobile work bench including a top with a lip for preventing parts from rolling off and as a gripping surface to move the bench. A container under the top for storing parts and tools, a hinged door provides access to the area. A recessed area at one end and under the top, recessed and provided with supports for holding wire spools. The workbench has four wheels with brakes, two wheels on one end swivel for ease and convenience of movement.

Abstract: An apparatus for supporting and rotating a hanging plant, including a housing with an upper hook fixedly attached to a top surface thereon. A lower hook extends from a bottom surface of the housing, and is for hanging and supporting a plant thereon. There is a light sensing mechanism, disposed on the outside of the housing, for detecting the amount of ambient light incident upon the housing, along with a rotary mechanism, disposed within the housing, for periodically rotating the lower hook whenever the amount of ambient light detected by the light sensing mechanism exceeds a threshold value. The rotary mechanism further includes a DC motor stationed within the housing, a reduction gearing assembly connected to an output shaft of the motor, and a vertically disposed shaft, rotatingly coupled to the reduction gearing assembly and connected to the lower hook.

Abstract: An apparatus for collecting fluids has a base member, a container support member, a fluid conduit platform on the container support member and a plurality of telescoping leg members connecting the base member to the fluid conduit platform. A support extension is on the base member. A plurality of flexible headers is removably inserted through a plurality of ports in the fluid conduit platform. A container chamber is removably connected to each of the flexible headers. The container chamber has an anti-contaminant cover hingedly attached thereon. A flow pipe is connected to each the headers and a flow manifold is connected to the flow pipes. A transfer valve is connected to one end of the flow manifold. A flexible flow direction pipe releasibly connects to the transfer valve. A plurality of wheel gear access ports is in the base member. A wheel gear member is in each of the plurality of wheel gear access ports and a hinge plate is on each of the wheel gear members. A locking extension is on the hinge plate.

Abstract: The invention consists of a plurality of hinged panels including side rails where the panels on each end are shorter in length than the panels between them. The panel on one end is shorter in length than the panel on the other end. Both end panels are tapered in thickness and in with. The top surface is covered with projects forming rectangular cavities with the top of the long sides higher at the ends than in the mid-section. The bottom surface includes fasteners for removably attaching cleats for gripping slippery surfaces. A variety of cleats are proposed for securing the mat under different conditions. Bracing arms are provided to support the mat in an upright position when it is used as a highway warning marker. The mat is brightly colored for daytime use and the side rails and bracing arms are covered with light reflective material for use during the hours of darkness. The panels are so hinged that one half will fold over the remaining half without interference for storage.

Abstract: The combination of an extension to the shaft of a sabre saw that moves the blade forward of the gear box housing and a guide plate with plates on the end that will abut a transverse plane and channels that will allow the saw to slide forward on the guide plate against a spring bias to cut to the intersection of two planes.

Abstract: The invention is a small funnel that is adapted to engage the oil filler port on and internal combustion engine. The funnel is intended to be permanently installed and includes a cover for preventing the entry of dirt into the engine. The small diameter end is shaped to replace the manufactures cover. The walls of the funnel near the small diameter end are pleated to allow the wide mouth end of the funnel to tip to pressure and make adding oil to the sump more convenient and eliminate oil spillage.

Abstract: A clamping strap for use particularly in a fabricating process of wood, metal or plastic includes a strap for encompassing the work piece and a folded adjuster plate in the strap, having a threaded eye bolt and wing nut to vary the distance between the legs of the adjuster thereby changing the force applied to the work piece by the strap. The adjuster will allow discrete changes in the force applied.
