Abstract: The invention is a hummingbird feeder that is formed in three parts, a top including a cover and an ant inhibiting water filled moat; a globular reservoir that stores the nectar and a communication block and support for a plurality of feeding stations connected to a stem at the base of the globe. The three sections are threaded together and easily assembled and disassembled. The moat also serves as a water feeding station for small birds.
Abstract: An apparatus for carrying bags having a bag handle has a hand gripable handle member, a vertical support member attached to the hand gripable handle member and a bag supporting member attached to the vertical support member distal the hand gripable handle member. A first bag handle restriction member and a second bag handle restriction member are attached to the bag supporting member. A first attachment member is attached to a gripable handle first end and a second attachment member is attached to a gripable handle second end. A third attachment member is releasably attached to a bag supporting member first end and a fourth attachment member is releasably attached to a bag supporting member second end. There is a support strap member to assist the user to carry heavy loads on the shopping bag handle grip. The support strap is slidingly connected in a port of the first attachment member and in a port of the second attachment member. A first stop member is attached to the one end of the support strap member.
Abstract: A high capacity dust and litter collector including a five sided container having a rear mounted axle and wheels and angulated leading edge with a rubber blade that cause the container to tilt rearward about the axle, tending to cause the contents to remain in the container. A handle attached to the rear of the container curves forward over the container and terminates forward of the midpoint of the bottom wall of the container balancing out the effects of the rearward tilt. Pockets in the rear and side walls accept the wheels making then flush with the side walls of the container.
Abstract: A stand for storing multiple handguns that includes a base and a vertical panel perpendicular to the base. The vertical panel contains a number of slots with a follower behind the panel and studs extending through the panel to engage a threaded cavity in the follower. The stud and follower slide in the slot and are locked in place by a stop ring on the stud. The barrel of a handgun slides over the stud and the heel of the grip may rest on the base.
Abstract: A device for covering a trash burning receptacle, including a substantially planar, circular lid member. The lid member is composed of a heavy duty steel material and has a thickness of approximately 1/8 inch and a diameter of approximately 28 inches. A smoke exhaust stack is disposed on the top surface of the lid member, with the smoke exhaust stack including a cylindrically shaped steel pipe having a height of approximately four inches and a steel mesh grill disposed over its top surface. A securing mechanism pivotally attaches the lid member to the top of a cylindrical waste receptacle, and includes a U-shaped flange member removably attached to an outer edge of the waste receptacle, along with a hinge member having a first surface attached to the flange member and a second surface attached to the bottom surface of the lid member.
Abstract: A protective swimwear garment for infants and young children who wear diapers. The panty like garment is waterproof and is worn over the diaper. A seal is made between the body and the garment by inflating an air receiving chamber around the waist and legs which will prevent water from entering and soaking the diaper.
Abstract: A carrying case for wire and cable that includes a removable top and bottom with sides, front and back hinged at three junctions and latched at the forth. The case opens to form a linear sheet exposing six wire supporting hooks. In the closed condition two groups of three hooks are end abutting and top wall abutting thereby preventing the cable from leaving the hook in the event the case is tumbled about.
Abstract: An apparatus for releasably locking a microphone stand tube to a microphone base has a lock member receiver threadingly attached to the microphone base. A locking coupling has a first end threadingly attached to the microphone stand tube. A lock member has a coupling end connected to a second end of the locking coupling and a locking retainer releasably locked into the locking receiver. The lock member has a locking actuator arm. A locking arm is connected to the locking actuator arm and pivotally connected to the locking retainer. There is a securing hook attached to the locking arm. The securing hook releasably engages an end of the lock member receiver. There is a spring receiving chamber in the locking retainer. A lock spring has an end removably placed in the spring retaining chamber and another end abutting the locking arm. The male exterior surface is octagon in shape and a female interior surface of the lock member receiver is octagon in shape to receive the male exterior surface of the lock member.
Abstract: A musical instrument having a body and a neck that is fixedly attached to the body. There is a plurality of strings with each string having a first end and a second end. The first end of each string is releasably attachable to the body in at least one of four replaceable string configurations. The second end of each string is releasably attachable to the neck in at least one of four replaceable string configurations. The first replaceable string configuration allows a musician to play a plurality of chords using only one finger. The second, third and fourth replaceable string configurations allow a musician to play the instrument as a six string guitar, a twelve string guitar and a ten string Puerto Rican Cuatro, respectively.
Abstract: The invention is directed to a bumper to be attached to furniture and the like for protecting persons, in particular children, from injuring themselves on the sharp edges and corners. The bumper is formed of a deformable shell filled with a soft resilient plastic and shaped, in cross section as a modified circle having a planar side which is formed of an adhesive foam. The adhesive is protected by a removeable tape which is discarded as the bumper is affixed to a selected object.
Abstract: In a preferred embodiment, a roller board for athletic training and recreational use, which includes a generally flat, elongated, horizontal board member and a first plurality of selectively removable wheels attached to a lower surface of the board member. The first plurality of wheels are sequentially aligned and parallel to a longitudinal axis of the board member.
Abstract: A telescoping hand tool for retrieving filters or metallic debris in the duct work of air management systems where the tool is formed from non-metallic materials and employs a hook designed to remove a filter without significantly damaging the filter frame and alternatively a magnet designed to slide along the duct work and collect metallic debris.
Abstract: In a preferred embodiment, an exterior windshield surface blower system to direct a flow of air at the windshield of a vehicle to remove rain and snow therefrom, the system including: an air deflector disposed along a lower edge of the exterior windshield surface and having a generally vertical face in proximity thereto, an air directing jets disposed in the face so as to direct forced air against the windshield, and an air supply arrangement to supply air to the air directing jets.
