The water absorbing agent of the present invention has the amount of residual monomer of not higher than 500 ppm, and a residual monomer index of not greater than 0.30.

Abstract: A pole or tree mounted device having a platform assembly at a lower position, and a seat assembly at an upper position. The seat assembly includes a seat brace, seat, and armrests and a leveler for assisting in securing and leveling the seat in a desired position, and the platform assembly includes a platform positioned substantially perpendicular to an outer surface of the tree or pole, and at least two braces positioned beneath the platform, wherein a first brace is secured in a substantially vertical position along an outer surface of the tree and is secured to an inner edge of the platform. The second brace is secured at some angle relative to the outer surface of the tree to extend from a lower position of the first brace to an outer edge of the platform. A leveler is provided to effectively level the platform as desired by the user.

An satellite digital audio radio service (SDARS) system receives traffic flow information for segments of roads with service coverage at a vehicle. A vehicle communications, navigation and tracking (VCNT) service system compares present Global Positioning System (GPS) position of the vehicle with the traffic flow information received from the SDARS system. If the present GPS position is within a segment, the VCNT service system compares present vehicle speed with a received traffic flow speed range. If vehicle speed is outside a received traffic flow speed range, the VCNT service system generates a message with present location and speed. An automated traffic flow aggregation system receives the message transmissions and applies location-specific filters based on number of messages received before forwarding a flow speed revision message to an SDARS broadcast station for broadcasting the traffic information to subscribers. Abstract: A natural algae-based synthetic lubricant derived from harvesting kelp from the ocean, recovering sieve sap from the kelp, drying the sieve sap, and removing salts and oxides to leave a composition having a concentration of polyols (Mannitol about 70% and Mannose about 0.4%) and about 28% by weight of a high molecular weight polymer. The synthetic lubricant may be used as a drag reducing agent and additive for existing lubricants and also further reacted with fatty esters to form a hybrid lubricant that may serve as a total replacement for existing lubricants.

Abstract: A method for initiating uplink signaling proactively by the MBMS UE, comprising steps of: the UE moving to a new cell; listening to information on a MCCH; initiating an uplink signaling according to information on the MCCH; sending a response message to the UE by a RNC, or if no UE moving to the new cell, initiating the uplink signaling proactively by the UE if the information received from the MCCH includes an indication for UE counting; and sending a response message to the UE by the RNC. The UE in URA_PCH mode and IDLE mode can response to the MBMS Notification message sent by the RNC, and can initiate the Cell Update process or the RRC Connection process in order to obtain the MBMS parameters. Abstract: Apparatus and method for creating a preview image of an object is provided. The apparatus includes an object type detecting unit for detecting an object to be previewed for determining whether the type of the object is text, graphics, and image, a color matching unit for converting a color signal of the detected object into an image forming color signal by using a color profile corresponding to the detected object according to the detection result of the object type detecting unit, and a preview image creating unit for creating and displaying a preview image for the object converted into the image forming color signal. Therefore, because the preview image is displayed on a monitor according to the type of object (text, graphics, or image), a user can predict the image forming result more accurately. Further, because the colors of objects can be adjusted, a printout with desired color characteristics can be obtained.

Abstract: An automated system and associated methods that can be used to meet government compliance regulations are provided for testing and tracking the administration of Calling Line Identification (CLID) and Calling Party Name Identification (CPNID) information on various telephone lines (traditional circuit-based voice and evolving packet-based voice and data) for telecommunications systems. These systems can include large or small private branch exchange (PBX), key systems and equivalents, or Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Call Management Servers. Capturing and recording CLID and CPNID on dial tone tests for any site location have been automated. Capabilities for recording, alerting, and reporting necessary data for internal and external auditing are provided. Centralizing real-time and historical records on phone line installation and modification activities can be generated and maintained. Verification of valid answer results for consumers' returned calls inbound to site locations can be performed.

The method of performing communication using a phone having a voice recognition function includes converting to an incoming call notification and voice recognition mode when a phone call is received; converting to a communication connection and speakerphone mode when voice information related to a communication connection instruction is recognized; performing communication using a speakerphone; and ending communication when voice information related to a communication end instruction is recognized during communication using the speakerphone. Therefore, when a phone call is received, a mode of a phone is converted to a speakerphone mode with a voice instruction using a voice recognition function, and thus communication can be performed without using a hand.

Thus, the system provides a controller for generating a video signal, a simulation system comprising the same, and a method of generating the video signal, in which a desired new video signal is generated or adjusted on the basis of information for generating the video signal input by a user.
