  • Patent number: 6542016
Abstract: A binary digital logic level sensitive latch comprising a first inverter that provides an output (O1). At least one input signal (I1) and an activation signal (Clk) are provided to the first inventer both being capacitively coupled to an input of the first inverter and a switching threshold of the first inverter. The capacitance of the couplings being predetermined such that the output of the first inverter (O1) is a NOR function of the inputs signals and the activation signal O1={overscore (I1+Clk)}. A second inverter has as inputs capacitively coupled the output of the first inverter (O1), the activation signal (Clk) and an inverted pervious output signal (P) to provide output (O2). A switching threshold of the second inverter and the capacitance of the couplings being predetermined such that the output of the second inverter (O2) takes the function of: O2={overscore ((Clk×P)+O1)}.

  • Patent number: 6533841
Abstract: Filter plates in an electro-filter are cleaned using nozzles which, during spraying, are displaced longitudinally with the side edges of the filter plates while at the same time being rotated. The nozzles are mounted in a plane slightly different from the plane of the filter plates to enable the spray jets to reach the furthermost areas of the plates when the nozzles are at the greatest angle of incidence during washing.

  • Patent number: 6530048
Abstract: An I2C test single chip for testing an I2C interface of an electronic device is disclosed. The I2C test single chip is electrically connected to a test-environment-providing system outputting a test signal to the electronic device and outputting a second signal to the I2C test single chip simultaneously. The I2C test single chip includes a first interface, a second interface, and a chip body. The first interface, which is also an I2C interface, is electrically connected to the I2C interface of the electronic device for receiving a first signal from the I2C interface of the electronic device in response to the test signal. The second interface is electrically connected to the test-environment-providing system for receiving the second signal. The chip body is used for taking a processing procedure to assist the test-environment-providing system to test the I2C interface of the electronic device in response to the first signal and the second signal.

  • Patent number: 6513816
Abstract: A golf bag carrying apparatus that attaches to golf bags of various sizes easily and securely. The apparatus is structured such that a front main body has tire wheels in the front, a plate-like portion in the rear bottom and an engagement member movable in the rear bottom and an engagement member movable in the longitudinal direction and urged rearward by a spring. A main body has a plate like portion in the front bottom, an adjusting engagement member opposing to the engagement member and an adjusting screw member engaged with the adjusting engagement member. Both the main bodies are provided oppositely. Both the plate-like portions are engaged to slide in the longitudinal direction making both the main bodies constitute a truck to place a golf bag. The truck has a fastening belt. Opposing sides of both the main bodies have curved engagement wall surfaces. Both the engagement members have curved surfaces with smaller curvature.

  • Patent number: 6510939
Abstract: A device for conveying packages includes a conveyor with a running surface ending with a terminal area, a series of stationary stops and vertical prongs under the stops and above the running surface. The prongs move along a path which follows a circular trajectory in the terminal area. Packages are introduced between two heat-sealing vertical belts in an inlet area. The inlet area of the vertical belts is situated at a distance from the terminal area of the conveyor. A forwarding belt, coplanar with the running surface of the conveyor, is situated between the inlet area and the terminal area of the conveyor. The forwarding belt is operated with a speed higher than the operation speed of the conveyor, so that the packages are not subjected to the prongs action when they rotate upward in the terminal area. The forwarding belt extends from the terminal area of the conveyor, to at least the inlet area of the vertical belts, and the stops protrude to cover the major part of the forwarding belt.

  • Patent number: 6508171
Abstract: An article is produced that utilizes a transparent substrate having a dye sublimation image incorporated preferably into a rear surface thereof. A light reflective coating is applied to the rear surface so that the image is evenly illuminated by a light source located behind the substrate, the image when illuminated having striking depth and clarity. The method for producing the imaged transparent substrate uses a minimum number of steps to provide a low cost high quality article.

  • Patent number: 6472028
Abstract: The present invention is directed to a method for producing a high gloss coating on a printed surface. In the present method, an aqueous coating composition is deposited onto a surface to be printed using a blanket roller coating face which is a low energy, non-stick, smooth surface profile. In the present method, simultaneous with the deposition of aqueous coating onto a substrate, or shortly thereafter, pressure either alone or in combination with heat may be applied to the coating in order to create a substantially tack-free surface conforming to the surface of the coating face. By using a highly polished coating face, high gloss coatings may be readily obtained using this methodology in a number of traditional printing techniques including wet trap inline sheet-fed printing, heat-set offset printing, dry trap inline flexographic printing, offset web-fed printing and gravure printing.
