Abstract: The present invention is directed to a method and system for measuring bus frequency. A system suitable for determining bus frequency may include a bus device and a processor. The bus device is suitable for performing an operation and the processor is communicatively coupled to the bus device utilizing a bus. The processor is capable of starting a timer, initiating the bus device to perform a number of operations, receiving an indication that the bus device completed the number of operations, stopping the timer when the indication is received. A bus clock frequency is computed based upon time taken to complete the number of operations as indicated by the timer and the number of operations performed by the bus device.

Abstract: A dust collection cabinet is provided, which includes a cabinet and a dust collection device. The cabinet provides a storage facility for work tools and other accessories. The dust collection device includes a housing disposed with a motor, an on/off switch, an inlet gate and an outlet gate. The dust collection device further includes a storage facility for the collected dust and a support apparatus. A platform provides the base of the dust collection cabinet and includes casters to provide portability to the dust collection cabinet.

Abstract: This invention presents a method and system to emulate logging or journaling file systems by means of a snapshot mechanism. Use of the snapshot mechanism reduces the number of system bus calls during log or journal updates and recalls in case of file recovery. The snapshot mechanism is implemented in hardware to provide for speedy and reliable data transfers. Overall system performance thereby is improved with an average reduced number of calls to the system memory bus. The present invention offers a cost effective way of retrofitting existing file systems with a journaling or logging capability.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a method and an apparatus for automatically configuring and/or inserting chip resources for manufacturing tests. A maximum test configuration (“test backplane”) for all IP blocks is created and loaded into a tool suite. When a user issues a request to consume some IP blocks, the request may be checked for legality within the “test backplane”. If a test resource (IP block) is not available for activation, then either the test resource may not be activated or the conflicting resource problem must be resolved so that the test resource may be activated. This may avoid late design surprises. The resources on the platform may already have test structures associated with them. All of these test structures may be associated with the “test backplane”. These pre-exiting test structures may then be connected.

In aspects of the present invention, a method, system and computer-readable medium constructs a symmetry tree for any Boolean function. A data structure which describes groups of commutative variables of a Boolean function is called a symmetry tree of the Boolean function.

Abstract: An oilless high pressure pump suitable for use in devices such as pressure washers and the like is described. The pump includes an eccentric assembly suitable for converting rotary motion of a rotating shaft to rectilinear motion. One or more straps couple the eccentric assembly to a piston assembly. The straps communicate the rectilinear motion of the eccentric assembly to the piston assembly, reciprocating the piston assembly to pump the liquid.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a mechanism and method for providing base end plunge router depth adjustment, such as when a router is utilized with a router table. The apparatus and method of the present invention permits accurate and efficient depth adjustment when utilizing a router with a router table. A router depth adjustment device includes an adjustment knob and indexer, so users are provided with the ability for measured depth adjustment.

In an aspect of the present invention, a method of tracking changes to mirrored storage system including a first storage device and a second storage device may include creating a map including at least one map entry having an identifier suitable for describing a range of addressable data blocks. The range of addressable data blocks includes at least one data block modified after operation of the first storage device is suspended. At least one of a range of addressable data blocks described by at least one map entry of the map and a number of map elements copied per establish command is specified. The map including the at least one map entry on the second storage device is stored. The map is suitable for being utilized to restore data stored on the second storage device to at least one of the first storage device and a third storage device.

Abstract: The present invention provides improved chlortetracycline-containing animal feed compositions and processes and apparatuses for their preparation. In certain embodiments, raw fermentation broth comprising chlortetracycline is divided into two portions. The first portion is mixed with a compound that complexes chlortetracycline. The second portion is acidified and the solids are removed. The acidified liquid is treated with a complexing agent to produced a chlortetracycline complex. The first and second portions thus treated are then mixed and the mixture is passed on to a filter press or other means for separation of the solids to produce a wet cake comprising complexed chlortetracycline. In alternative embodiments, the second portion may be acidified and filtered and admixed with the first portion prior to the complexing step. The resulting mixture is passed on to a filter press or other means for separation of the solids.

Abstract: A wallpaper dispensing apparatus includes a tray with a ridge projecting from the bottom and extending transversely between the side walls to divide the tray into a forward pool section and a rearward trough section. A removable cover is attached to the forward pool section and includes a pair of depressions with guide surfaces on the bottom, spaced above the bottom of the tray to form a passageway between the cover and tray bottom. The cover has a rearward portion following a portion of the ridge, and a straight rearward edge extending transversely across the tray. An opening in the cover, extending from the forward edge permits the user to draw a strip of wallpaper from a roll located in the trough, through the passageway between the cover and tray, and out the forward end of the tray. Water in the pool portion wets the wallpaper as it is drawn from the dispensing apparatus.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a method and system for the efficient transmission of electromagnetic radiation through a channel. An electromagnetic radiation guide of the present invention may include an optical channel having a refractive and transmissive index capable of guiding electromagnetic radiation through the guide. The electromagnetic radiation guide may also include an optical prismatic section capable of redirecting electromagnetic waves to allow increased light transmission by reducing losses from refracted light rays.
