First and second tracks connect to the platform within the chamber. A ramp slidingly moves along the track into a first position where the ramp rests on the ground surface or into a second position where the ramp lies in the chamber. The gate connected to the ramp closes the chamber in the truck bed beneath the ramp.

The security device further including an anti-tip member rigidly coupled to a back of the transport device for precluding tipping in order to redistribute the weight of the transport device onto its rear wheels in an attempt to circumvent the security device.
