    Abstract: Health care information for multiple patients is processed to classify patients into categories. Additional data fields related to a category in which a patient is classified are added to the patient record. These data fields are populated in part by automatically processing the existing patient data. Such automatic processing can result in a probability that the underlying data supports having a particular value stored in one of the added data fields, and this probability also can be stored. Over time, additional data can be obtained from patients, caregivers and other sources, for structured data fields based on data entry forms for patient reported outcomes, caregiver reported outcomes, events of interest, survival and resource utilization. A set of factor scores is computed for each patient, for each category in which the patient is classified.

    Abstract: A HV HRC fuse, in particular a HH full-range fuse, for a drop-out fuse system with a drop-out release mechanism has an outer fuse housing, wherein at least one melting conductor, which is wound around at least one winding body, is provided in the fuse housing. The fuse housing is at least partially open on two end faces and a contact cap designed for electrical contacting is arranged on each end face of the fuse housing. The upper contact cap is detachably connectable in a contacting position with the drop-out release mechanism and the lower contact cap is pivotally mounted on the drop-out release mechanism. Tripping of the HV HRC fuse results in tripping of the drop-out release mechanism, whereby the upper contact cap is separated from the drop-out release mechanism and the HV HRC fuse swings out from the contacting position to a swing-out position.

    Abstract: Ophthalmic lenses for correcting refractive error of an eye are disclosed. Ophthalmic lenses include a deformable inner portion and a deformable peripheral portion. When disposed over the optical region of an eye, the inner portion is configured so that engagement of the posterior surface against the eye deforms the posterior surface so that the posterior surface has a shape diverging form the refractive shape of the epithelium when viewing with the eye through the ophthalmic lens. The rigidity of the inner portion is greater than the rigidity of the peripheral portion and the ophthalmic lenses are configured to allow movement relative to the eye upon blinking of the eye and to be substantially centered on the optical region of the cornea following the blinking of the eye. Methods of correcting refractive errors of an eye such as astigmatism or spherical aberration using the ophthalmic lenses are also disclosed.
