Abstract: To provide a sample preprocessor that can make the amount of a sample liquid after filtering accurate and raise the accuracy of subsequent measurement or the like, the sample preprocessor, where a sample liquid is filtered to capture a predetermined component on a filter, includes a connection mechanism that connects a sample container and a suction source. The sample container includes a bottle that stores a sample liquid and a cartridge that has a tubular shape, has a proximal end side attached to the bottle and, has the filter provided therein. The connection mechanism includes a suction terminal that connects a distal end side of the cartridge and the suction source and sucks the sample liquid in the sample container, and an attachment surface that the bottle is attached to and arranges the cartridge in a predetermined position relative to the suction terminal.
Abstract: Methods, devices, and systems for prefetching data. First data is loaded from a first memory location. The first data in cached in a cache memory. Other data is prefetched to the cache memory based on a compression of the first data and a compression of the other data. In some implementations, the compression of the first data and the compression of the other data are determined based on metadata associated with the first data and metadata associated with the other data. In some implementations, the other data is prefetched to the cache memory based on a total of a compressed size of the first data and a compressed size of the other data being less than a threshold size. In some implementations, the other data is not prefetched to the cache memory based on the other data being uncompressed.
Abstract: According to embodiments of the present disclosure, a method of producing hydrogen in a fuel cell includes passing ammonia under pressure to an anode of the fuel cell, where the ammonia is decomposed into nitrogen gas and protons. The fuel cell comprises a cathode, the anode, and a proton-conducting electrolyte between the anode and the cathode. The anode includes an ammonia decomposition catalyst. The method further includes passing the purging the nitrogen from the anode, passing the protons through the proton-conducting electrolyte to the cathode, and passing the electrons from the anode to the cathode, wherein the protons and the electrons react to produce substantially pure hydrogen gas under pressure.

Abstract: A memory controller monitors memory command selected for dispatch to the memory and sends commands controlling a read clock state. A memory includes a read clock circuit and a mode register. The read clock circuit has an output for providing a hybrid read clock signal in response to a clock signal and a read clock mode signal.
