Abstract: The present invention provides an electrode pattern structure of a concentric-circular-structured electrostatic chuck, and is related to the field of semiconductor and material science. An electrode unit of an electrostatic chuck is divided into a plurality of size-reduced electrode arc-bands, and by means of arrangement of inter-ring connection openings of the size-reduced electrode arc-bands, the electrodes of the entire electrostatic chuck can be divided into any desired number of electrodes. In the electrode pattern structure of the concentric-circular-structured electrostatic chuck, the electrostatic chuck electrode of such a structure can, on the one hand, minimize division units to be advantageous for reduction of residual thermal stress, and on the other hand, avoid generation of isolated electrode during the process of dividing. This is an electrostatic chuck electrode that has excellent symmetry and has a uniform and simple structure.

The antenna module is disposed on the first surface of the substrate with a gap. The antenna module has a support and an antenna layer. The support has a first surface facing away from the substrate and a second surface facing the substrate. The antenna layer is disposed on the first surface of the support. The antenna layer has a first antenna pattern and a first dielectric layer.

Abstract: There is provided a cell analysis apparatus that comprises image capture circuitry for capturing a brightfield image of a cell using brightfield imaging. The cell has been dyed by a functional dye that indicates, during fluorescence imaging and during brightfield imaging, whether the cell has a given characteristic. A model derived by machine learning is stored and used in combination with the brightfield image to determine whether the cell has the given characteristic. There is also provided a method for creating a cell categorisation model, comprising applying a functional dye to one or more samples comprising a plurality of cells. The functional dye indicates during fluorescence imaging and during brightfield imaging whether each of the cells has a given characteristic.
Abstract: There is a process for correcting a bone injury, an implant for correcting the bone injury and a kit for applying the implant for correcting the bone injury. The process can be made substantially uniform with the application of a standardized kit. In at least one application the process is for correcting a bunion on a patient. The process can include applying a first drill guide to a bone, and then a second drill guide. Once the drill guides have been applied and wires have been inserted into a bone, an implant can then be applied to correct a bone injury and to allow the bone injury to heal.

Abstract: The present invention reduces a running cost in a liquid analysis device and reduces electromagnetic noise superimposed on an analog signal. Abstract: Provided herein are a method for modulation of a variable binary offset carrier (VBOC) having a discrete time-variant frequency and a satellite navigation signal generator using the same. The method for modulation of a VBOC having a discrete time-variant frequency may comprise: generating navigation message data; generating a carrier; generating a VBOC subcarrier; generating a pseudo-random code; synthesizing the pseudo-random code and the VBOC subcarrier; and synthesizing a synthesized signal of the pseudo-random code and the VBOC subcarrier, the carrier, and the navigation message data.

Abstract: The disclosed method includes observing a utilization of a target sub-component of a functional unit of a processor using a control circuit coupled to the target sub-component. The method also includes detecting that the utilization is outside a desired utilization range and throttling one or more sub-components of the functional unit to reduce a power consumption of the functional unit.
