    Abstract: Disclosed are an ultra-high sensitivity target signal detection method based on analysis of a noise signal of a sensor using deep learning based anomaly detection and a system using the same. More particularly, disclosed are a method and apparatus for receiving a noise signal from a sensor and inputting data to an artificial neural network trained with a normal noise signal to determine whether or not a target signal is present. The target signal detection method is capable of detecting a target signal having a very low concentration that can be detected by a conventional sensor, whereby the target signal detection method is useful in developing an ultra-high sensitivity sensor.

The second driver circuit is nested with the first driver circuit and performs duty cycle correction on the clock input signal with parameters selected for a second frequency range of the clock input signal lower than the first frequency range. The correction logic circuit provides correction signals to a selected one of the first driver circuit and the second driver circuit. The clock driver provides a duty cycle corrected clock signal from the selected one of the first driver circuit and the second driver circuit based on a selected frequency range of the clock input signal.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to an islet-like organoid in which insulin secretion can be optically regulated by differentiating, into pancreatic islets, human pluripotent stem cells (monSTIM1-hPSC) obtained by knocking-in monSTIM1, which is an inducer of Ca2+ concentration increase (Ca2+ transient), into the AAVS1 locus of the stem cells. Since it has been confirmed in vitro and in the body of a diabetic mouse model that the islet-like organoid of the present invention can secrete insulin through an intracellular calcium influx increased by light irradiation, the islet-like organoid can be effectively used in the treatment of diabetic patients.

    Abstract: A ribosome extraction method is provided. In the ribosome extraction method, cucumber cubes and a phosphate buffer saline (PBS) solution are mixed and slurried, and an 80S cucumber ribosome is prepared by first centrifugation, second centrifugation, third centrifugation, ultracentrifugation, and fourth centrifugation. The extracted 80S cucumber ribosome is relatively complete and high in yield, and about 2400 OD260 of 80S ribosome can be extracted from 500 g of cucumbers, so that the problems of difficult extraction and low yield of the ribosome are solved, and a foundation is laid for protein structure determination and function analysis.

    Abstract: Use of phosphorus-based material in preparation of medicament for treating tumors. The phosphorus-based material is selected from a material which is convertible to produce phosphate ions in an acidic environment, and the phosphorus-based material can be converted by tumor cells phagocytosis to produce a large number of phosphate ions to change the intraceullar environment and extracellular environment, thereby inhibiting proliferation of tumor cells and inducing death of tumor cells. This process has no significant effect on normal cell activities. By applying the phosphorus-based material to the preparation of a medicament for treating tumor in a manner as mentioned above, the amplification and metastasis of tumor cells can be effectively inhibited, thereby the metastasis of the tumor cells and recurrence of the tumor can be prevented more effectively, improving the therapeutic effect of the tumor. The phosphorus-based material has little effect on normal cells and tissues in the course of treatment.
