Abstract: Disclosed herein are compositions comprising (a) a pyridine carboxylate herbicide or an agriculturally acceptable N-oxide, salt, or ester thereof and (b) an ACCase inhibitor herbicide. Also disclosed herein are methods of controlling undesirable vegetation, comprising applying to vegetation or an area adjacent the vegetation or applying in soil or water to control the emergence or growth of vegetation (a) a pyridine carboxylate herbicide or an agriculturally acceptable N-oxide, salt, or ester thereof, and (b) a ACCase inhibitor herbicide.

Abstract: This document describes techniques and apparatuses for distributed network cellular identity management. In particular, a distributed-network cellular-identity-management (DNCIM) server includes a lookup table that stores and relates together a user-equipment (UE) public key associated with a UE private key, a core-network (CN) public key associated with a CN private key, and a subscriber identity. Using the DNCIM server, the UE and an authentication server respectively generate two different (e.g., asymmetric) cipher keys based on the UE private key and the CN public key, and the UE public key and the CN private key. The UE and the authentication server can also authenticate one another by referencing information in the lookup table of the DNCIM server. Using these cipher keys, the UE and the authentication server can establish secure communications with each other.

Abstract: A modular vehicle subassembly includes a frame assembly with wheels and a steering system configured to steer at least one of the wheels and change a course of direction of the frame assembly. A propulsion system configured to drive at least one of the wheels and move the frame assembly in at least one of a forward direction and a backward direction is included. At least one transient data sensor, an onboard controller, and an onboard communications link are included and the least one transient data sensor is coupled is configured to detect and transmit transient data. The onboard controller is configured to receive the transient data from the at least one transient data sensor, direct the steering system and the propulsion system such that the frame assembly moves along a predefined path through a flexible modular platform facility.

Abstract: A method of surgically treating a patient suffering from severe pain and disability of the low back and buttock by stabilizing the patient's spinal column to their pelvis with an implant system including surgical tools and an implant designed to prevent movement between the sacrum and the ilium while being able to attach to a spinal fusion rod which connect to pedicle screws implanted in the bones of the spine of the patient in order to offer lasting relief of the patient's symptoms. The system is designed to address complications in adult spinal deformity by optimizing spinopelvic fixation via-a-vis the unique biomechanics of the SI joint. The sacropelvic system is a surgical solution which provides an additively manufactured implant at the base of the spine employing an S2AI trajectory while utilizing assisting technologies including surgical navigation and intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring.

Abstract: A method and apparatus of limiting power of a boiling water nuclear reactor system includes a reactor pressure vessel, a reactor core disposed in the reactor pressure vessel, a core shroud surrounding the reactor core, a downcomer region disposed between an inner surface of the reactor pressure vessel and the core shroud, a steam line connected to an upper end of the reactor pressure vessel and a condenser system that receives steam from the reactor pressure vessel. A portion of the condenser system condensate is returned to the reactor pressure vessel of the boiling water reactor inside the core barrel above the core rather than into the downcomer. Returning the condensate in this way increases the effectiveness of an isolation condenser system or if the condensate is a portion of the feedwater from the main condenser it provides an effective means to regulate core flow and core power.

Abstract: A method for estimating human body temperature includes receiving, via a thermal camera, one or more thermal images captured of a real-world environment, the one or more thermal images including thermal intensity values for each of a plurality of pixels. Positions of a plurality of human faces are identified in the one or more thermal images. A distribution of thermal intensity values of the plurality of human faces is determined. A position of a test human face of a test human subject is identified within a subsequent thermal image. One or more test thermal intensity values of one or more pixels corresponding to the test human face are identified. An indication of a body temperature of the test human subject is reported based on a comparison of the one or more test thermal intensity values and the distribution of thermal intensity values of the plurality of human faces.

Abstract: A portable photon therapy system is disclosed herein comprising a chassis, legs, headrest and footrest. When not in use, the legs can be folded, and the headrest and footrest detached and stored inside the chassis, which can be contained within a travel case. The device with case will comply with airline checked baggage requirements for size and weight. The chassis houses arrays of light-emitting diodes (LEDs) on printed circuit boards (PCBs) beneath an acrylic surface (device bed), which emit a plurality of light wavelengths at therapeutic irradiance levels. After device setup and upon selection of the desired light wavelengths (e.g. red or infrared or both) and mode (pulsed or continuous wave) via the control panel, one lays down on the device bed to undergo photon therapy. The present invention comprises a foldable 2-piece chassis for consumer photon therapy, and a single-piece chassis for patient photon therapy by medical professionals.

Abstract: A mattress foundation for inclusion as part of a bed, to support a mattress, such as one of the type made of foam material and usually marketed and shipped in a compressed, reduced-sized configuration. The mattress foundation is configured to be marketed and shipped to a purchaser as a set of subassemblies and parts that are contained together in a compact package and can be assembled without use of tools. The set of mattress foundation subassemblies and parts can be packed and shipped in a rectangular box made of material such as corrugated cardboard that may be flattened out and incorporated in the mattress foundation. The package in which the subassemblies and parts are contained is small enough to be carried up stairways and through passageways to a bedroom where a bed incorporating the mattress foundation is to be set up for use.

Abstract: A system includes a first processor configured to analyze packets received over a communication protocol system and determine one or more congestion indicators from the analysis of the data packets, the one or more congestion indicators being indicative of network congestion for data packets transmitted over a reliable transport protocol layer of the communication protocol system. The system also includes a rate update engine separate from the packet datapath and configured to operate a second processor to receive the determined one or more congestion indicators, determine one or more congestion control parameters for controlling transmission of data packets based on the received one or more congestion indicators, and output a congestion control result based on the determined one or more congestion control parameters.

Abstract: A foldable stroller comprises a folding mechanism to assist in folding of the stroller. Such a folding mechanism may be used to convert a stroller from an in-use configuration to a storage configuration. More specifically, the stroller comprises a stroller folding assembly that biases the stroller from the in-use configuration to the storage configuration by the force of gravity exerted on the handle. The stroller folding assembly has linkages that drive folding of the front wheel assembly and rear wheel assembly in response to rotation of the handle into the storage configuration from the in-use configuration.

Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, receiving, over a network, an authentication request from a user device for performing a function utilizing a first authentication method, obtaining network intelligence data for a mobile network over the network, and identifying a risk for each of multiple authentication methods in response to analyzing device security behavior and the network intelligence data. Further embodiments include identifying a first risk for the first authentication method and identifying a second risk for the function, determining the first risk is higher than the second risk, and identifying a second authentication method that is associated with the second risk. Additional embodiments include notifying the user device of the second risk for the function, and providing a recommendation to the user device to utilize the second authentication method to perform the function. Abstract: A methods and system to operate hydraulic fracturing units may include utilizing hydraulic fracturing unit profiles. The system may include hydraulic fracturing units may include various components. The components may include an engine and associated local controller and sensors, a transmission connected to the engine, transmission sensors, and a pump connected to the transmission and powered by the engine via the transmission and associated local controller and sensors. A supervisory controller may control the hydraulic fracturing units. The supervisory controller may be in communication with components of each hydraulic fracturing unit. The supervisory controller may include instructions to, for each hydraulic fracturing units, obtain hydraulic fracturing unit parameters, determine a hydraulic fracturing unit health assessment, and build a hydraulic unit profile including the health assessment and parameters.

Abstract: A damper assembly for a vehicle suspension system includes a first damper and a second damper. The second damper includes a housing including a wall that defines an aperture, the wall and the first damper at least partially defining a chamber. The second damper also includes a piston positioned within the chamber, a conduit defining a flow path that includes the aperture, and a flow control device disposed along the flow path. The second damper is configured to provide a damping force that varies based on the position of the piston within the chamber.

Abstract: This document describes methods, devices, systems, and means for the provisioning of enrollee Wi-Fi devices to a Wi-Fi network. Many Wi-Fi devices have limited or no user interface capabilities, which presents challenges to connecting and, especially, securely connecting many of these devices to a Wi-Fi network. Techniques are described to enhance the Device Provisioning Protocol to solicit and provide feedback from an enrollee device to indicate band support of the enrollee device and provide the status of the enrollee device after attempting to join a provisioned Wi-Fi network.

Abstract: Methods and systems are described for machine learning algorithms that dynamically allocate traffic to contact strategies that are performing well, while allocating less traffic to contact strategies that are underperforming. In particular, the methods and systems discussed are for the use of a contextual multi-armed bandit framework for applications that have both immediate results and long-term results, in which immediate results are correlated with the long-term results (e.g., results related to debt collection strategies).

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for analyzing electronic data associated with a public transit system may include determining a location of a target public transit stop of the public transit system; determining a location of a first user; identifying population location data relevant to the target public transit stop; determining activity data associated with the target public transit stop based on a quantity of users entering and leaving the target public transit stop within a given time period, by processing data including the identified population location data using a trained machine learning model; and providing, to the first user, a notification based on the determined activity data and the location of the first user.

Abstract: A method and tool system coaxially orients inner clutch plates with outer clutch plates on a tool. The tool includes a plurality of guide members circumferentially spaced apart, each guide member matingly engages a toothed portion of each inner clutch plate to position the inner clutch plates coaxially. A pre-build fixture includes a plurality of alignment pillars, at least one support block, and an alignment member. The alignment pillars are circumferentially spaced apart about a fixture axis. Each alignment pillar has a curved inner face that faces radially inward and has an arclength that is configured to coincide with and fit within a corresponding gap between radially outward facing teeth of each outer clutch plate. The support block supports the tool coaxially with the fixture. The alignment member engages the tool to inhibit rotation of the tool when the tool is supported coaxially with the fixture by the support block.

Abstract: An apparatus is provided that includes a memory die including a pipeline circuit coupled to a memory structure. The memory die is configured to execute a first command by receiving in the pipeline circuit data to be written to the memory structure, processing the received data in the pipeline circuit and providing the processed data to the memory structure, predicting that the pipeline circuit has completed processing the received data, and ending execution of the first command based on the prediction.
