Abstract: Systems and methods for reducing latency in vehicle access requests are provided herein. An example method includes receiving a first vehicle access request from a user, determining a pre-authenticated status for the user based on authenticating the user in response to the first vehicle access request, determining a pre-authorized status for the user based on the determination of the pre-authenticated status, receiving a second first vehicle access request from the user, and granting access to the vehicle when the user has the pre-authenticated status. Access to the vehicle can be conditioned upon the pre-authorized status of the user.

Abstract: The present invention relates to opiate derived compositions and their antagonists useful in therapeutic areas associated with opioid receptor modulation. A 3-hexadienoate modification of the opioids is formulated to improve opiates' engagement of the opioid receptors when given orally. A 3-hexadienoate modification of nalbuphine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of thereof to improve quality of pain management when given intravenously, intranasally, transdermally, sublingually, rectally, topically, intramuscularly, subcutaneously or via inhalation. A 3-hexadienoate modification of the opioids antagonists is formulated to improve inhibition of the opioid receptors when given orally. A 3-hexadienoate modification of naloxone or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of thereof to improve quality of Sobering when given intravenously, intranasally, transdermally, sublingually, rectally, topically, intramuscularly, subcutaneously or via inhalation.

Abstract: There is included a method and apparatus comprising computer code configured to cause a processor or processors to perform providing a media presentation description (MPD) event and media segments of video content to be streamed to a client, controlling the client to provide a user interface based on the MPD event and comprising a plurality of selection choices and interactive data for each of the selection choices, and updating MPD data based on at least one selection from the selection choices through the user interface.

Abstract: Aspects of systems and methods for providing contextual and event driven insights are provided. The system monitors information about the users and their conversations. Upon receiving a natural language request for information for a topic, the system utilizes a model to extract one or more topics from the request. The system utilizes the topic to query a resource for candidate users with knowledge about the topic. The system then queries a resource to identify candidate content items associated with the topic and the candidate users. Thereafter, the system refines the candidate users and the candidate content items to identify relevant users and content items that are meaningful to the user.

Abstract: A method for performing a read operation of a memory block of a read-only memory array, wherein the method comprises first enabling bit line precharge circuitry of the memory block, (thereby precharging one or more bit lines of the memory block to a first voltage level), enabling a word line of one or more addressed memory cells of the memory block, enabling a leakage current reduction circuit of the memory block, thereby generating across the addressed memory cells a first voltage differential equal to the first voltage level; subsequently discharging the addressed memory cells; disabling the word line of the one or more addressed memory cells; disabling the bit line precharge circuitry; and disabling the leakage current reduction circuit, thereby generating across the one or more addressed memory cells a second voltage differential that is equal to less than the first voltage differential.

Abstract: Techniques for coding and deriving (e.g., determining) one or more coded-block-flags associated with video content are described herein. A coded-block-flag of a last node may be determined when coded-block-flags of preceding nodes are determined to be a particular value and when a predetermined condition is satisfied. In some instances, the predetermined condition may be satisfied when log2(size of current transform unit) is less than log2(size of maximum transform unit) or log2(size of current coding unit) is less than or equal to log2(size of maximum transform unit)+1. The preceding nodes may be nodes that precede the last node on a particular level in a residual tree.

Abstract: Techniques are presented for the application of neural networks to the fabrication of integrated circuits and electronic devices, where example are given for the fabrication of non-volatile memory circuits and the mounting of circuit components on the printed circuit board of a solid state drive (SSD). The techniques include the generation of high precision masks suitable for analyzing electron microscope images of feature of integrated circuits and of handling the training of the neural network when the available training data set is sparse through use of a generative adversary network (GAN).

Abstract: An ultrasonic tip for use with a surgical handpiece to produce both longitudinal and torsional motion. The ultrasonic tip comprises a shaft having a longitudinal axis extending between proximal and distal ends having respective first and second diameters with the first diameter greater than the second diameter. The ultrasonic tip also comprises a cutting feature coupled to the distal end of the shaft. The shaft defines an aspiration lumen that extends along the longitudinal axis of the shaft. A protrusion on the shaft is positioned between the distal end and the proximal end of the shaft. A portion of the protrusion having a third diameter, and the third diameter is less than the first diameter and the third diameter is greater than the second diameter. An aperture is defined by the protrusion and in fluid communication with the aspiration lumen, and the protrusion reinforces an area surrounding the aperture.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure provide a method and an apparatus for video decoding. Processing circuitry of the apparatus can decode prediction information of a current block to be reconstructed from a coded video bitstream. The prediction information can be indicative of an inter prediction mode. The processing circuitry can add motion information of a previously decoded block to a candidate list for the current block as a new motion information candidate based on a comparison between a first hash value of the motion information of the previously decoded block and one or more hash values of motion information candidates in the candidate list. The processing circuitry can reconstruct at least one sample of the current block based on current motion information of the current block that is determined based on the candidate list.

Abstract: A spring assisted overhead door is disclosed. An overhead door is movable between an open and a closed position. In the open position the overhead door is in a horizontal orientation and rests on a track that is also horizontal. Weight of the door in this position may be insufficient to initiate downward movement of the overhead door. A spring is used to urge the overhead door along the track until a release point at which point the overhead door is at least partially on a downwardly oriented portion of the track where gravity can pull the overhead door along the track.

Abstract: A navigation system for remote control movement of modular vehicle subassemblies (MVSs) through a plurality of assembly zones of a vehicle assembly facility includes a predefined primary pathway configured for the MVSs to move along during assembly of top hats on the MVSs, a plurality of sensors, a plurality of zone controllers, and a central management system with a navigation algorithm. The plurality of sensors are configured to transmit at least one of proximity data and visual data on the MVSs moving through the plurality of assembly zones to the plurality of zone controllers. The central management system is configured to be in communication with each of the plurality of zone controllers and the navigation algorithm is configured to receive the at least one of proximity data and visual data and calculate movement instructions for remote control movement of the MVSs moving through the plurality of assembly zones.
