  • Patent number: 11205132
Abstract: The present invention concerns methods and apparatus for perturbing a known contextualization of an underlying proposition adopted by a group of subjects that are considered in a quantum representation. Initially, the subjects belonging to the group exhibit the known contextualization modulo the proposition and also have known measurable indications in the known contextualization. Perturbation is due to injection into the group of a disruptive subject that exhibits a Fermi-Dirac (F-D) anti-consensus statistic modulo the underlying proposition. A monitoring unit and a statistics module are deployed to collect and study subsequent measurable indications from subjects in the group after injection of the disruptive subject and upon re-confronting of the underlying proposition. The perturbation is thus detected and changes in the quantum representation due to it are estimated.

  • Patent number: 11206576
Abstract: An access point may utilize fast exchange of operation information with other access points in a wireless local area network (WLAN) to facilitate improved service. In particular, the access point may discover the other access points in a radio-frequency (RF) neighborhood using wireless communication. Then, the access point may exchange operational information with the other access points using dedicated connections. Subsequently, the access point may associate with the electronic device. If the access point determines that a basic-service-set (BSS) transition is warranted based on a criterion (such as the current number of associations with the access point), the access point may recommend one or more access points in the other access points for the electronic device to associate with based on the operational information, so that the electronic device is able to obtain improved communication performance relative to that provided by the access point.

The assembly is attached to the structure and supports the dynamic mass. A first plate is fixed relative to the mount body inside the cavity to separate the cavity into a first chamber and a second chamber. The first plate defines a plurality of first passages that fluidly connects the first and second chambers. A decoupler is disposed between the first and second chambers. An actuator is coupled to the first plate. The decoupler is movable in response to actuation of the actuator. The decoupler abuts the first plate when in a locked position to prevent fluid communication through the first passages. The decoupler is movable relative to the first plate when in an unlocked position to allow fluid communication through the first passages.

  • Patent number: 11202995
Abstract: A supported carbon molecular sieve (CMS) membrane is made by contacting a film of a carbon forming polymer on a polymer textile to form a laminate. The laminate is then heated to a temperature for a time under an atmosphere sufficient to carbonize the film and polymer textile to form the supported CMS membrane. The supported CMS membrane formed is a laminate having a carbon separating layer graphitically bonded to a carbon textile, wherein the carbon separating layer is a continuous film. The supported CMS membranes are particularly useful for separating gases such as olefins from their corresponding paraffins.
