Abstract: Lances for a heat exchanger tube lancing machine may be continuously supported in radial direction by being guided in a channel. Each channel has one solid bottom and two solid sides. The top of each channel is covered by a rubberlike lip or lip stripes, for instance a semi-flexible polyurethane sheet. Due to the narrow guiding surfaces within the channel it is possible to use more flexible high-pressure hoses as lances, which will not buckle though there might be severe advancing forces.

Abstract: An electrode for electrical stimulation of tissue and administration of substances to the tissue includes a first conductive plate and a second conductive plate surrounding the first conductive plate. The first conductive plate and the second conductive plate are separated from each other. An activation signal is applied to the first conductive plate to generate an electric field inducing a current in the tissue and applying an electric potential to the second conductive plate to obtain an electric potential differential with respect to the first conductive plate. The electric potential of the second conductive plate forces the current induced by the first conductive material plate to penetrate the surface of the tissue in contact with the conductive plates and prevents the induced current from flowing on the surface of the tissue.

Abstract: A memory apparatus and method of operation is provided. The apparatus includes a plurality of memory cells coupled to a control circuit. The control circuit is configured to receive data indicating a data state for each memory cell of a set of memory cells of the plurality of memory cells and program, in multiple programming loops, the set of memory cells according to the data indicating the data state for each memory cell of the set of memory cells. The control circuit is further configured to determine that the programming of the set of memory cells is in a last programming loop of the multiple programming loops and in response to the determination, receive data indicating a data state for each memory cell of another set of memory cells of the plurality of memory cells.

The storage volumes may be provided on a storage system. The storage system may show storage space used by the snapshots as unallocated. Storage space used by the snapshots may be managed by a storage resource pool. The storage resource pool may convert storage space shown as unallocated into allocated storage space in response to snapshots provided therein being converted into accessible snapshots.

The system includes an electronic imaging device configured to receive a target image data of the target coating. The target image data includes target coating features. The system further includes one or more feature extraction algorithms that extracts the target image features from the target image data. The system further includes a machine-learning model that identifies a calculated match sample image from a plurality of sample images utilizing the target image features. The machine-learning model includes pre-specified matching criteria representing the plurality of sample images for identifying the calculated match sample image from the plurality of sample images. The calculated match sample image is utilized for matching color and appearance of the target coating.

At least one of a mic and speaker on the wearable communication device is then used to continue the audio interface task.

A regularized deconvolution sub-module and a convolutional neural network are jointly trained by adjusting a regularization parameter of a regularized deconvolution function and weights of a convolution neural network in order to minimize a cost function representative of a difference between each deblurred output image and a corresponding one of the unblurred test images.

There is a wireless communication module that can receive a signal from a control unit to extend or retract the deadbolt via the actuator, and send a signal to the motor unit to raise or lower the overhead door. The unit also has a light on the base box for displaying at least two colors of light to show a status of the unit.

The SMF sends, via an access and mobility management function (AMF), a non-access stratum (NAS) message to the wireless device. The NAS message includes the trigger indication and the trigger payload. The SMF receives, from the wireless device via the AMF and based on the trigger payload, a request to establish a packet data unit session for the application.
