Abstract: Systems and methods which facilitate automated querying of shipping services status information using a rules based engine are disclosed. A shipping status query engine of embodiments implements various rules for intelligently querying one or more shipping service provider systems for information regarding the status of shipped items. Using the intelligent determinations of a rules base shipping status query engine, embodiments enable large scale, automated status queries for a very large number of shipped items. Having such automated access to updated status information for the shipped items, additional functionality may also be supported, such as to provide alerts, reminders, notifications, etc., upon detecting certain events and/or failure to detect certain events. Moreover, embodiments may be adapted to utilize the updated status information to initiate actions with respect to particular shipments based upon detected events and/or failure to detect certain events.

Abstract: A social overlay is provided that allows an application to seek human input when performing high-risk decisions. The overlay allows an application to obtain data confidence scores when performing operations and to obtain human confidence scores that can be used to seek input from users with high confidence scores. This allows applications to improve performance and avoid situations where an automated application may make a wrong decision that does not account for the associated risk.

Abstract: A server may be configured to receive first pose data from a virtual reality device, generate second pose data, including a pose prediction, based at least on the first pose data, render a map representation based at least on the pose prediction, determine regions of the map representation based on a likelihood of view of each of the regions, perform foveation in each of the regions and generate an encoded frame based on the regions and a network parameter, and send the encoded frame and second pose data to the device. The encoding may associate each of the regions with a quality level and base the foveation on each region's associated quality level. The foveation may use different quantization parameters for each of the regions and/or use rendering foveation for each of regions. Network conditions such as latency, bandwidth, and/or jitter may be considered for bit allocation in the foveation.

Abstract: A workflow service is provided on a cloud-based platform, such as a cloud foundry platform. Abstract: A wireless device receives first configuration parameters of a SR configuration associated with recovery from an LBT event comprising a plurality of LBT failures. The wireless device may trigger the LBT event for first cell(s). In response to no uplink resources, on second cell(s) for which the LBT event is not triggered, being available for transmission of an LBT failure control element, the wireless device may transmit a SR via a SR resource based on the first configuration parameters. At least one of the SR resource and the SR configuration may indicate a serving cell. The wireless device may transmit the LBT failure control element based on an uplink grant for the serving cell.
Abstract: Systems, apparatus and methods for managing an object's lifecycle in an object store. A distributed ledger is used to record transactions between a client and an object store. The distributed ledger records the transaction and also attests to the object authenticity. Thus, the transactions can be verified and may assist in resolving issues that arise with respect to the stored objects.

Abstract: The technology provides for a pair of earbuds. For instance, a first earbud may include a first antenna, and a second earbud may include a second antenna. The pair of earbuds may further include one or more processors configured to receive, from the first antenna, a first signal from a beacon, and receive, from the second antenna, a second signal from the beacon. A combined representation of the first software specification and the second software specification is formed in a fourth programming language different from the first, second, and third programming languages. Connections are formed in the fourth programming language between a representation of the first software specification and the representation of the second software specification according to identified data relationships.

Abstract: Metal compound chemically anchored colloidal particles wherein the metal compound is in molecular form are disclosed. A facile and fast process to chemically anchor metal compounds uniformly onto colloidal particle surfaces via chemical bonding has been developed. Metal compounds are chemically anchored to the surface of colloidal particles via an organic linking agent. Uniformly distributed metal compounds remain in molecular form after the process. The metal compound chemically anchored colloidal particles can be used as solid catalyst in metal chemical-mechanical planarization process.
Abstract: A wireless device receives RRC message(s) comprising a first configuration parameter of a first SPS configuration, a second configuration parameter of a second SPS configuration, and a third configuration parameter. The first configuration parameter may indicate a first HARQ codebook identifier. The second configuration parameter may indicate a second HARQ codebook identifier. The second HARQ codebook identifier may be the same as the first HARQ codebook identifier. The third configuration parameter may indicate a state that is mapped to the first SPS configuration and the second SPS configuration. A DCI may be received. A value of bit(s) of a HARQ process number field of the DCI may indicate the state. The wireless device may deactivate the first SPS configuration and the second SPS configuration in response to receiving the DCI. An acknowledgement may be transmitted.
