In some implementations, a computing can include a modeling apparatus, a front-end server, a request manager, one or more video file storage devices, a video selector, or a combination of some or all of these. The video selector can select video content for a particular digitized video among a plurality of digitized videos to serve to a computing device responsive to a request. The selection can be based at least in part on how long the particular digitized video has been presented at client devices associated with users having characteristics that match one or more characteristics of the user that submitted the request for video content, as indicated by the modeling apparatus.

    Abstract: The foldable portable treadmill (10) of the present invention includes left and right treadmill sections (12, 14), each having support rollers (20, 22) and an endless belt (24, 26) with bumps (36, 38) on the outer surface thereof. An electric motor (32) drives the belts. A hinge (40, 42) connects the side edges (16, 18) of the treadmill sections together so that they can be folded over each other for storage or transport. Wheels or rollers (84, 86) carried by at least one of the sections allow the treadmill (10) to be rolled across a floor when the sections are folded together. Telescoping handles (66, 68) are movable between an operative position where they extend upwardly from the treadmill sections when they are opened in order to be grasped by a person using the treadmill and an inoperative position where they can be used for transporting the treadmill when it is closed. When the treadmill sections are open for use, the spacing between them can be adjusted.

    Abstract: An apparatus and a method are provided for a sterile staple implant kit that a surgeon may unpack and utilize during a surgery. The staple implant kit comprises a group of complementary surgery-specific instruments that are packaged in a sterile state. An instrument tray is configured to preserve the instruments in the sterile state until the staple implant kit is opened during the surgery. The instrument tray is configured to provide the surgeon with easy access to the instruments during the surgery. The staple implant kit comprises at least a staple inserter and a surgical staple suitable for being implanted in parallel holes drilled across a bone fusion or fixation site of a patient. The surgical staple preferably is loaded in a relaxed configuration into the staple inserter. A staple retention clip retains the surgical staple in the staple inserter until the staple is distracted during the surgery.

The controller supplies a first clock signal to selectively activate a first collection terminal of the first differential pixel for a first duration, and a second clock signal to selectively activate a second collection terminal of the first differential pixel for a second duration. In an analog domain, a first amount of charge accumulated at the first collection terminal over the first duration is readout and compared to a readout of a second amount of charge accumulated at the second collection terminal over the second duration. Responsive to the first amount of charge being different from the second amount of charge by more than a threshold, the first differential pixel of the sensor array is operated in a second, higher power mode.
