Abstract: A semiconductor device package and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. The semiconductor device package includes a first carrier, an encapsulant, a second carrier and one or more supporters. The first carrier has a first surface and a first side contiguous with the first surface. The encapsulant is on the first surface of the first carrier, and the first side of the first carrier is exposed from the encapsulant. The second carrier is disposed over the first carrier. The one or more supporters are spaced apart from the first side of the first carrier and connected between the first carrier and the second carrier. The one or more supporters are arranged asymmetrically with respect to the geographic center of the first carrier. The one or more supporters are fully sealed in the encapsulant.

Abstract: A computing cluster backup system securely backs up and restores secrets of a computing cluster. The computing cluster backup system includes a local backup server, which is in a same network as the computing cluster, and a remote backup server, which may be in a different geographic location than the local backup server. The local backup server encrypts secrets of the computing cluster, and sends the encrypted secrets to the remote backup server for offsite backup. The local backup server is separate from the computing cluster, and thus backup and restoration may be agentless.

Abstract: This disclosure is directed to automated computer-implemented methods for application discovery from log messages generated by event sources of applications executing in a cloud infrastructure. The methods are executed by an operations manager that constructs a data frame of probability distributions of event types of the log messages generated by the event sources in a time period. The operations manager executes clustering techniques that are used to form clusters of the probability distributions in the data frame, where each of the clusters corresponds to one of the applications. The operations manager displays the clusters of the probability distributions in a two-dimensional map of applications in a graphical user interface that enables a user to select one of the clusters in the map of applications that corresponds to one of the applications and launch clustering of probability distributions of the user-selected cluster to discover two or more instances of the application.
Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods for a network framework for Wi-Fi barring of network usage that enables network management at a device level, which provides capabilities for the optimization of internet connectivity and data usage based on a user's and/or device's specific needs and priorities. The framework operates to handle information management system (IMS) connections and IMS registration failures over evolved Packet Data Gateways (ePDG). The framework provides a Wi-Fi backoff timer that can be implemented for particular Wi-Fi networks, which can correspond to a Wi-Fi access point (AP). Thus, a connected device (e.g., a user's smart phone) can toggle connectivity to and/or from a cellular network in accordance with encountered failures with an AP via the timer's implementation and network control of the device.
