Abstract: A phase shifter cell and multiple coupled phase shifter cells that mitigate signal glitches arising from phase state changes by a combination of design architecture and control signal timing. Specifically, one or more of the following three concepts are employed to mitigate insertion loss glitches and control phase behavior during phase state transitions: the timing of switching for each switched half-cell (e.g., including series and/or shunt reactance elements, such as inductors and/or capacitors) within a phase shifter cell is controlled in such a way that the reactance elements do not all switch at the same time; use of a “make before break” timing scheme for combination or “multi-state” phase shifter cells; and/or arranging the timing of each phase shifter cell in a set of multiple coupled phase shifter cells such that the individual cells do not all switch at the same time.
Abstract: A method for repairing faulty memory locations of a memory while a program from the memory is being executed by a computer. The program controls a technical device. When the program is being executed, addresses of faulty memory locations in the memory and correct values of the faulty memory locations are detected. The program provides time periods for repairing the faulty memory locations. The time periods are selected such that the control of the technical device is not hindered. For the repair, the correct values are written to the faulty memory locations.

Abstract: Systems and methods for proactive and automated pre-transaction verification and authentication of electronic transfers are described. In various examples, transaction details associated with an electronic transfer (e.g., a wire transfer, an Automated Clearing House (ACH) transfer, a peer-to-peer (P2P) transfer, or a cryptocurrency transfer) are verified and the recipient is authenticated by a transaction verification service associated with an electronic transfer service provider (e.g., a financial institution, a peer-to-peer (P2P) payment system, or a custodial wallet provider) prior to permitting the electronic transfer to proceed. In this manner, electronic transfers are secured against electronic transfer fraud and/or mistaken fund or asset transfers, for example, to an incorrect account (or an incorrect cryptocurrency wallet) by the electronic transfer service provider.
