Abstract: Example graphics processing methods and apparatus are described. In one example method, the graphics processing apparatus includes a shader, a memory management unit, and a coprocessor connected between the shader and the memory management unit;. The shader is configured to send a read instruction to the memory management unit, where the read instruction includes an address of a first operand and a first identifier, and the first identifier indicates to perform an operation on the first operand in the coprocessor. The memory management device is configured to obtain the first operand from a first memory, and send the first operand to the coprocessor. The coprocessor is configured to perform the operation on the first operand to obtain an operation result.
Abstract: An automated visual inspection (AVI) system may include at least one profile view imager having an optical axis that passes through an inspection object, a proximal polarizing film axially aligned with the optical axis, a liquid crystal device axially aligned with the optical axis, a distal polarizing film axially aligned with the optical axis, and at least one light source oriented to emit illumination toward the distal polarizing film. Alternatively, or additionally, an AVI system may include a profile view imager having an optical axis that enters a container through a side wall of the container, and a ring light that is coaxially aligned with a central axis of the container, below the container, and oriented to emit light toward a bottom of the container. The AVI system may also include a bottom imager coaxially aligned with the central axis and oriented to view the bottom of the container.
Abstract: Implementations of enhancing privacy and anonymity for users of a computer system are provided. For example, selective anonymity for one or more users may be provided in which the one or more users may be anonymous or not, with various degrees of anonymity in between. A “vault” or other information repository may be used to save information (e.g., all information retained, all or a portion of privacy-related or personally-identifiable information) about a user that can be accessed by the user to see, reset, and or delete all or a portion of the information that is saved on the system. Further, “last known location” information may be kept, such that, in some implementations, the last known location (or a limited number of most recent locations) of a user may be kept such that historical information and/or a route of a user is not stored on the system.
Abstract: An in vitro or an ex vivo method for determining the effect of a biological sample on a biological interface in particular, includes the implementation of a bioreceptor having a multi-compartment microfluidic device incorporating a relevant cell co-culture to which the sample is applied. The response of the neural network to the sample, in particular a change in the cell/neural network, is recorded and subsequently analyzed. A differential diagnosis is subsequently carried out by comparing the network markers for true positives and the test samples.

Abstract: A display may include an array of pixels that receive control signals from a chain of gate drivers. The pixels can be formed using semiconducting oxide transistors, whereas the gate drivers can be formed using silicon transistor. Each gate driver may include a shift register subcircuit and an output buffer subcircuit. The shift register subcircuit may include a first set of transistors at least partially controlled by one or more shift register clock signals. The output buffer subcircuit may include a second set of transistors at least partially controlled by one or more output buffer clock signals. The output buffer clock signals can toggle independently from the shift register clock signals. Operated in this way, the shift register clock signals can have pulse widths optimized for stability while the output buffer clock signals can have pulse widths optimized for speed.
Abstract: Instruction set architectures (ISAs) and apparatus and methods related thereto comprise an instruction set that includes one or more instructions which identify the global pointer (GP) register as an operand (e.g., base register or source register) of the instruction. Identification can be implicit. By implicitly identifying the GP register as an operand of the instruction, one or more bits of the instruction that were dedicated to explicitly identifying the operand (e.g., base register or source register) can be used to extend the size of one or more other operands, such as the offset or immediate, to provide longer offsets or immediates.

Abstract: A memory device including a base semiconductor die, conductive terminals, memory dies, an insulating encapsulation and a buffer cap is provided. Abstract: Methods and systems for securing data are disclosed. The data may be secured by encrypting the data. The data may be sent from one edge device to another edge device. To secure the transmission of the data between edge devices, the selection of an encryption algorithm to encrypt the data may be based on progressive rules and other attributes. Abstract: A method and system for modeling aerodynamic interactions in complex eVTOL configurations for realtime flight simulations and hardware testing which includes decomposing the aircraft into aerodynamic subcomponents, wherein the interactions between these components are handled by flow simulations of the surrounding fluid, which may be Euler flow CFD simulations. A computer generated simulation can be used to analyze the fluid flow and pressures, the forces delivered by an aircraft into the fluid and the forces onto the aircraft from the fluid, to determine the position and attitude of the aircraft, and other aspects. The system may be used as a flight simulator for pilot training in a realtime environment. The system may be used to support component testing using an interface to those components, such as flight electronics and actuators, to test the components in high fidelity simulations of actual flight demands on those components.

Abstract: Embodiments include methods performed by a time-sensitive network (TSN) node configured for frame replication and elimination for reliability (FRER). Such methods include receiving a plurality of member streams via a corresponding plurality (n) of disjoint paths in the TSN. Each member stream includes a replication of packets comprising a stream. Such methods include performing the following diagnostics on the received member streams: a first group of diagnostics related to member stream failures, a second group of diagnostics related to packets received out-of-window, a third group of diagnostics related to stream outages, and a fourth group of diagnostics related to recovery timeouts for the TSN node. Other embodiments include TSN nodes configured to perform such methods.
