A notch is formed in the molding compound layer between the dies to facilitate flexure of the compliant RDL.

A sparse array circuit may receive information indicative of a request to perform a read operation on a memory circuit that includes multiple banks. The sparse array circuit may compare an address included in the received information to multiple entries that correspond to address locations in the memory circuit that store sparse data. In response to a determination that that the address matches a particular entry, the sparse array may generate one or more control signals that may disable the read operation, and cause a data control circuit to transmits the sparse data pattern.

Traffic routing may be based on the application related information and a UE configuration associated with user privacy (e.g., user privacy setting) associated with the application. When the user UE configuration is enabled, the data may be routed via a default network slice and when the UE configuration is disabled, the data may be routed via a network slice indicated by the application related information. The UE configuration may be indicated by the application via a Boolean flag and/or via a user interface setting.

The eSNPN/ReSNPN list may be maintained in a new network identifier management function (NMF). NPNs may be implemented as network slice instances (NSIs) via identifying data in the single network slice selection assistance information (S-NSSAI). Multiple credentialed SNPNs of a UE may be prioritized for access by the UE.

In some examples, the multiple light paths can include the same separation distances for noise cancellation due to artifacts resulting from, for example, tilt and/or pull of the device, a user's hair, a user's skin pigmentation, and/or motion. The PPG device can further include one or more lenses and/or reflectors to increase the signal strength and/or and to obscure the optical components and associated wiring from being visible to a user's eye.
