A service risk analysis request associated with an unreleased code object is received. One or more service risk analysis attributes are extracted using a service risk analysis layer based at least in part on the unreleased code object. A service risk analysis score data object is generated using a service risk analysis machine learning model based at least in part on the one or more service risk analysis attributes. The service risk analysis score data object is output.

Abstract: The disclosure is directed to systems and techniques for executing a documentation application that includes a node-based link creation tool. Linked document nodes may be used to render content in multiple documents by referencing a universally unique identifier. The linked content may also include content linked to separate platforms and may be updated in accordance with modifications to linked objects.

Abstract: Methods and systems for intelligently recommending selections for a selector control are disclosed. The method includes receiving a recommendation request from a selector control client, the recommendation request comprising a search string and a unique identifier of a user interacting with a selector control; identifying user identifiers of usernames matching the search string; retrieving machine learning features corresponding to the user identifiers of usernames matching the search string; applying a machine learning model to the retrieved machine learning features to assign weights to the retrieved machine learning features; computing recommendation scores for the user identifiers based on the assigned weights to the retrieved machine learning features; ranking the user identifiers based on the recommendation scores; and forwarding a ranked list of user identifiers to the selector control client for displaying in the selector control for selection by the user interacting with the selector control.

Abstract: A virtual whiteboarding application is configured to interface with an issue tracking system to visualize and organize issues managed by the issue tracking system in a graphical user interface of the virtual whiteboarding application. Graphical elements corresponding to issues managed by the issue tracking system can be interacted with in the graphical user interface of the virtual whiteboarding application to relate issues in the issue tracking system and visualize relationships between issues managed by the issue tracking system.

The method includes generating a first outline entry including the first text and a second outline entry including the second text, and displaying a selectable entry point on a graphical user interface. The method includes, in response to a selection of the selectable entry point, displaying an outline window, including the first outline entry and the second outline entry, and navigating to the first portion of the received document or the second portion of the document in response to a selection of the first outline entry or the second outline entry.

Abstract: The issue-discovery services described herein may access data from the messaging platform and/or the issue-tracking platform to automatically determine issue attributes for creating a new issue in the issue-tracking platform based on activity in the messaging platform. The issue-discovery service may provide or otherwise be associated with a user input element presented on a client device (e.g., presented in the chat user interface), which allows a user of the client device to provide a user input to create a new issue in the issue-tracking platform based on activity in the chat channel. The user input may identify content associated with the chat channel (e.g., one or more messages displayed in the chat user interface) for use in creating the new issue in the issue-tracking platform.

Abstract: Systems and methods for servicing page requests from a cloud-based software service. In particular, page tree elements defining a page requested from a backend of a cloud-based software service can be can be transmitted in a manner that prioritizes elements and functionality likely to be interacted with by a particular user first (e.g., within a threshold time of apparent pageload completion). Other elements unlikely to be interacted with by the user may be loaded asynchronously and/or on a deferred basis. Inputs provided to these elements can be buffered by an input buffer script to capture unexpected inputs thereto.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide for improved interoperable data management between a user-accessed software application and an embedded software application. In some contexts, a user-accessed application provides both its own functionality as well as enabling access to functionality of an embedded application. The embedded application is accessed via a data-driven connection that provides several technical advantages and addresses various data interoperability and persistence problems. In some embodiments, a user-accessed application may be configured to provide functionality of multiple embedded applications consistent with the innovations herein described.

Abstract: Systems and methods for replacing a hyperlink to a referenced object with a smart link are disclosed. The method performed by a smart link management system includes receiving a content request for the hyperlink from a client device, the content request comprising a uniform resource locator (URL) of the referenced object, the URL indicating the location of the content; identifying a data source where the referenced object is located based on the URL; forwarding the content request to the data source; receiving metadata corresponding to the referenced object hosted by the data source; and forwarding the metadata to the client device for display on the client device in the form of a smart link, the smart link being a visual object including at least a portion of the metadata received from the data source.

Abstract: An issue tracking system for tracking software development tasks is described herein. The issue tracking system may be configured to receive new issue requests from a client device and associate the new issue requests with one or more clusters of previously stored issue records. The issue tracking system may also determine similarity between issues in a first cluster of stored issue records and issues in a second cluster that is associated with a different software development project. Based on a determination that the issue similarity exceeds a threshold, the user may be prompted with one or more recommendations for a subsequent issue request or issue request content.

Abstract: A dedicated database system for storing user-generated content created when interacting with an environment defined by a software service. An access control system provides the software service with surrogate keys only and stores an association between surrogate keys and user-generated content in the dedicated database system. Upon receiving a request for user-generated content, the software service returns a surrogate key which can be translated into associated user-generated content by the dedicated database system.

Abstract: The disclosure is directed to systems and techniques for executing a documentation application displaying a graphical user interface having an editable field configured to receive textual input. The system receives a first portion of a textual input in the editable field, which includes a command character designating the first portion of the textual input as a link insertion command. The system receives a second portion of textual input in the editable field and, before entry of the textual input is complete, the system analyzes the second portion of the textual input to identify an external platform service. The system then accesses, using an application programming interface, first hosted data hosted by the external platform service. The first hosted data may be displayed in line with the textual input and used to generate a complete link path. Once complete, the link path is replaced with a selectable graphical object that is operable, when selected, to redirect the user to the external platform service.

In addition, the method includes identifying a second database for the second queryable entity, translating the search clause into a second native query executable by the second database, and generating a second set of search results obtained using the second native query.
