Based on the similarity, the issue tracking system may determine a likelihood that a given issue is related to at least one additional issue. In response to a determination that likelihood exceeds a threshold, data can be extracted from the related issue to provide the user with a suggested supplemental issue request to be submitted to the issue tracking system.

Abstract: Methods for displaying improved user interfaces are disclosed. The method includes receiving a user interface request to display a user interface of an issue tracking system from a user device. The user interface displays a plurality of objects and the user interface request includes a user identifier of a user of the user device and a user identifier of the requested user interface. The method further includes determining a time since the user last viewed the user interface, retrieving object data for the requested user interface based on the user interface identifier, retrieving activity data for the requested user interface based on the time since the user last viewed the user interface, and communicating the object data and activity data to the user device for displaying on the user device, the user device displaying the object data and displaying one or more activity indicators based on the received activity data.

Abstract: Systems, methods and non-transitory computer readable media for detecting incidents are disclosed. The method includes receiving a primary issue creation event record for a primary issue, the event record including a description of the primary issue, and encoding the primary issue into a primary vector number based on the description of the primary issue. The method further includes identifying candidate issues and retrieving vector numbers of the identified candidate issues, computing distances between the primary vector number and each of the candidate vector numbers, and determining whether incident criteria is met based on the computed distances. In addition, the method includes determining that an incident has occurred upon determining that the incident criteria is met and generating an alert.

An application system may host one or more software applications, each software application having a plurality of application deployments. A first application deployment is customized based on a first set of user interactions with the application and a second application deployment is different to the first deployment due to being customized based on a second set of user interactions with the application. The second set of user interactions is different to the first set of user interactions. Usage information about a user is received, the usage information indicating a third set of user interactions with an application of the one or more software applications. A user profile of the user is determined from the usage information. The first application deployment is determined based on the user profile. The first application is deployed for the user based on the first application deployment.

Abstract: Systems and methods for automatically removing and replacing outdated compute resources in a cluster. The systems and methods include a configurable monitoring system that is configured to detect outdated compute resources and trigger a cycling process to automatically replace the detected outdated compute resources with new compute resources. The disclosed systems and methods safely rotate a group of compute resources by identifying and detaching outdated compute resources, waiting until the outdated compute resources have been drained of pending jobs scheduled on these resources, waiting until replacement compute resources have started and then cordoning, draining, deleting and terminating the outdated compute resources.
