Abstract: A device for transporting a child with an adjustable child seat. The device comprises a tensioning device comprising a first band which is coupled to the seat part and a pair of substantially inelastic bands which are each connected at a first end to the first band and connected at a second end to respective sides of the frame. The device also comprises an adjusting device with which the pair of inelastic bands can be fixed relative to the back part. The first band is an elastic band which, at least after termination of the fixation of the pair of inelastic bands, exerts a tensile force on the inelastic bands, whereby these bands are tightened.
Abstract: A new way of drying and/or wetting a surface, such as a top surface of a substrate, is disclosed which is useful in immersion lithography. The surface is placed under a single phase extractor and a priming liquid is delivered between the single phase extractor and the surface. The single phase extractor is only activated after the priming liquid has been provided between the single phase extractor and the surface. Priming liquid is delivered to the single phase extractor during the whole of the drying and/or wetting process.

Abstract: A valve assembly has a port selection assembly with an inlet fluid path and a plurality of outlet fluid paths and a servo-driven barrel. The barrel includes a slot that is aligned with the inlet fluid path. The barrel also includes multiple pockets. The valve assembly also includes ball seals, each of which is at least partially disposed within a respective pocket. The rotation of the barrel moves the ball seals to block or unblock one or more of the outlet fluid paths, thereby controlling the flow of fluid from the inlet fluid path, through the slot, and through the outlet fluid path.
Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure are directed to an antenna, various implementations and methods therefor. Various embodiments are amenable to implementation with a receiver circuit that harvests power using energy from a radio frequency (RF) signal received, and a near-field communication (NFC) circuit. A first antenna collects and presents the RF signal to the receiver circuit, and a second antenna communicates NFC signals for the NFC circuit using an antenna portion shared with the first antenna.

Abstract: A method including obtaining a first value of an optical characteristic determined for an etched profile of a substrate measured at a first wavelength of measurement radiation, obtaining a second value of the optical characteristic determined for the etched profile of the substrate measured at a second wavelength of measurement radiation, and obtaining a derived value that represents a difference between the first and second values; and determining, based on the first and second values or on the derived value, an occurrence of a tilt in the etching to form the etched profile.
Abstract: A lighting module (100) is disclosed, comprising a light-transmissive, elongated member (110) with a light-guiding region (114) within the elongated member (110). The elongated member (110) may be configured such that the light-guiding region (114) permits passage of fluid through the elongated member (110), possibly between a first end (116) and a second end (118) thereof. A plurality of light-emitting elements (170) are coupled to the elongated member (110) within the elongated member (110) and such that the optical axis of at least one light-emitting element is non-perpendicular with respect to a longitudinal axis (LA) of the lighting module (100).
