Abstract: Disclosed is an illumination source for generating measurement radiation for an inspection apparatus. The source generates at least first measurement radiation and second measurement radiation such that the first measurement radiation and the second measurement radiation interfere to form combined measurement radiation modulated with a beat component. The illumination source may be a HHG source. Also disclosed is an inspection apparatus comprising such a source and an associated inspection method.

Abstract: A polyimide-forming composition includes a polyimide prepolymer, an amine, and a solvent comprising a C1-6 alcohol. A method of manufacturing the polyimide-forming composition is disclosed. The method includes heating a substituted or unsubstituted C4-40 bisanhydride in a C1-6 alcohol to dissolve the bisanhydride, adding a substituted or unsubstituted divalent C1-20 diamine to form a polyimide prepolymer, and adding the amine in an amount effective to solubilize the polyimide prepolymer in the C1-6 alcohol, in a solution of the C1-6 alcohol and deionized water, or in deionized water. A method of manufacturing an article including a polyimide is also disclosed.

Abstract: A system and method for separating breast meat from at least a part of a keel bone of a carcass part of slaughtered poultry includes a product carrier and a pair of breast meat cutter blades adapted to make an incision along the keel bone in the longitudinal direction of the keel bone. The breast meat cutter blades are moveable relative to each other between and open position and a closed position. The system further includes a blade actuator, which comprises a closing assembly to apply a biasing force to the breast meat cutter blades to bias the breast meat cutter blades towards the closed position, and an opening assembly to apply an opening force to the breast meat cutter blades to hold the breast meat cutter blades in the open position.
