    Abstract: A device and a method for controlling a size of a molten pool in a wire and arc additive manufacturing process are provided. The device includes additive manufacturing equipment, a connecting device, bilateral gas flow devices and a CCD camera. By adjusting the connecting device, the bilateral gas flow devices and a welding gun have proper relative positions. The CCD camera is clamped on a rear side of the welding gun and matched with a proper optical filter to detect size information of the molten pool. In the additive manufacturing process, the bilateral gas flow devices and the welding gun keep moving synchronously, welding wires are conveyed to a designed position of a deposited layer by a wire feeding device, and bilateral gas flows can directly and synchronously act on a melting region. A flow controller is adjusted in real time according to the size of the molten pool.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a pressure balancing clamp for a press-pack insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) module. The pressure balancing clamp for a press-pack IGBT module includes a bracket, where the bracket is provided with two longitudinally arranged pressure equalizing plates in a sliding way; the pressure equalizing plates are connected through pressure sensors; the upper and lower ends inside the bracket are respectively connected with the pressure equalizing plates through hydraulic devices and a displacement compensation device; opposite surfaces of the two pressure equalizing plates are respectively provided with heat dissipation and confluence devices. The pressure sensors are in one-to-one correspondence with the hydraulic devices and are electrically connected. The hydraulic devices adjust the pressure according to the readings of the pressure sensors in corresponding directions, so that the pressure of the press-pack IGBT module is balanced.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for in-situ synthesizing tungsten carbide powder. In this method, cemented carbide scrap is used as an electrode and the molten salt electrolysis process is used to in-situ synthesize tungsten carbide powder, where a bidirectional pulse is used in the molten salt electrolysis process. In the method provided by the present disclosure, by using the bidirectional pulse and using the cemented carbide scrap as electrode in the molten salt medium, when the tungsten carbide scrap is oxidized, tungsten is dissolved in ionic form, deposited after the direction of current changes, and reacted with the carbon anode sludge in situ to generate tungsten carbide powder.

    Abstract: A construction steel platform system using a tuned liquid damper (TLD) and a tuned mass damper (TMD) for composite tuned damping is provided.     Abstract: A cooperative fuzzy-neural control method is designed in this present invention. Due to the difficulty for cooperatively controlling the concentrations of the dissolved oxygen and nitrate nitrogen in wastewater treatment process, a cooperative fuzzy-neural control method is investigated. In this proposed method, firstly, a interval type-2 fuzzy neural network is employed to construct the cooperative fuzzy-neural controller. Secondly, a parameter cooperative strategy is proposed to cooperatively optimize the global and local parameters of the cooperative fuzzy-neural controller to meet the control requirements. This proposed cooperative fuzzy-neural control method can cooperatively control the concentrations of the dissolved oxygen and nitrate nitrogen in wastewater treatment process. The results illustrate that the proposed cooperative fuzzy-neural control method can achieve the high control accuracy and guarantee the normal operations of wastewater treatment process under the different operation conditions.

    Abstract: A method for preparing inorganic macromolecular flocculant by polymerizing silicate and zirconium tetrachloride is disclosed and relates to the field of feed water treatment. The invention aims at the problem of poor efficiency of inorganic low-molecular zirconium salt flocculant in treating low-temperature raw water and blockage of flocculation, by copolymerization of polymeric zirconium chloride and polysilicic acid, the Si—O—Zr bond was formed to increase the molecular chain of the flocculant to strengthen the function of adsorption bridge and net capture sweep. Under low temperature, the flocculant can remove organic pollutants effectively, and the size of flocs formed is large and easy to precipitate. The invention is particularly suitable for the treatment of raw water at low temperature, low turbidity and high organics by enhanced coagulation.
