Abstract: Described are systems and methods for generating digital rights management (“DRM”)-protected layered media, including receiving an indication of sensitive information, based on the indication of sensitive information, causing to output at least two layered security elements associated with the sensitive information, the at least two layered security elements including at least a first layer associated with a first security element and a second layer associated with a second security element, determining, via a browser module, digital extraction is indicated, upon determining digital extraction is indicated, modifying the first layer such that the first layer and the associated first security element are substantially transparent, and causing to output, via a first graphical user interface (“GUI”), the at least two layered security elements with the modified first layer, such that the second layer and the associated second security element are substantially visible.

Abstract: A method may include receiving, using a first application programming interface (API) endpoint of an API system, an API request from a computing device. The API request may represent a request for a video that is associated with a digital rights management technology and that includes an image frame representing a content element. The method may include fetching, using the first API endpoint, the content element. The method may include forming, using the API system, a JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) object including the content element and formatting information associated with the content element. The method may further include transmitting, using a second API endpoint of the API system, the JSON object to an application server configured to generate the video based on the JSON object.

Abstract: Systems and methods for censoring text characters in text-based data are provided. In some embodiments, an artificial intelligence system may be configured to receive text-based data and store the text-based data in a database. The artificial intelligence system may be configured to receive a list of target pattern types identifying sensitive data and receive censorship rules for the target pattern types determining target pattern types requiring censorship. The artificial intelligence system may be configured to assemble a computer-based model related to a received target pattern type in the list of target pattern types. The artificial intelligence system may be configured to use a computer-based model to identify a target data pattern corresponding to the received target pattern type within the text-based data, identify target characters within the target data pattern, and to assign an identification token to the target characters.

Abstract: A system may receive, via a web browser plugin on a user device, a first timestamp associated with first click data at a website associated with a merchant, a referring uniform resource location (URL), a current URL, and first user identification data. The system may also receive transaction data including a second timestamp, second user identification data, and a first merchant name associated with a transaction with the merchant. The system may determine whether the first timestamp is within a predetermined period of the second timestamp and determine whether the first user identification data corresponds with the second user identification data. When the system determines that the first timestamp is within the predetermined period of the second timestamp and the first user identification data corresponds with the second user identification data, the system may store the referring URL and the current URL with the first merchant name in a database.

Abstract: Methods and systems for generating training data for sequential conversational responses to alleviate the collection burden are disclosed herein. More specifically, the methods and systems describe generating determining dynamic conversational responses to generate training data for sequential conversation responses. For example, the system creates a special form of a random treatment control experiment to reduce the data collection while at the same time generating effectively adequate learning data for intents for the sequenced machine learning.

Abstract: In some implementations, a compliance monitoring device may detect a trigger event associated with a compliance-based interaction. The compliance-based interaction may be associated with a secure location, a user device of a user, a sensor associated with a secure object, and one or more cameras. The compliance monitoring device may cause the one or more cameras to capture a set of images associated with the compliance-based interaction. The compliance monitoring device may receive the images and may extract image information from the set of images. The compliance monitoring device may receive positioning information associated with the user device and status information associated with the secure object. The compliance monitoring device may analyze at least one of the image information, the positioning information, or the status information to identify a compliance rule violation. The compliance monitoring device may provide an alert indication based on identifying the compliance rule violation.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a method comprises receiving a unique identifier from an item and sending a communication to an electronic device requesting that a user confirm a pending transaction, receiving input from the electronic device associated, and sending the received input to an authentication system for completing a transaction. In another embodiment, a system comprises a sensor, an authentication system, and a transaction processing system. The sensor is configured to emit energy and receive at least one first identifier, send at least one communication to an electronic device requesting a second identifier, receive at least one second identifier, and send the at least one first identifier and the at least one second identifier to the authentication system.

Abstract: Disclosed embodiments include systems and methods for providing a secure physical storage system. The system may receive a request to register a first physical storage box from an entity including location information and security information. The request can be validated by comparing the security information to a predetermined security threshold. The location information associated with the first physical storage box can be recorded to a blockchain. The first registration information can be received from a first user device. The first physical storage box can be assigned to the first user device and a first identity token associated with the first physical storage box. The assignment information associated with the first physical storage box can be recorded to the blockchain. A first identity token can be received from the first user device. Instructions can be transmitted to the first physical storage box to transition from a locked to an unlocked state.

Abstract: Exemplary embodiments may use word embeddings to enhance scanning of programming code scripts for sensitive subject matter, such as confidential subject matter. The scanning may be performed by a neural network in some exemplary embodiments. The neural network initially may be trained on a corpus of programming code scripts to identify keywords relating to sensitive subject matter, such as passwords, tokens or credentials. The neural network may not only identify instances of the keywords but also may identify related terms as well. The output of the scan may be a ranked list of terms in the programming code script that may relate to sensitive subject matter.

Abstract: Various embodiments are generally directed to techniques for crowdsourcing metadata, such as to create, maintain, utilize, and/or communicate metadata in a datastore. Some embodiments are particularly directed to collecting, managing, and/or distributing metadata via a user interface application (UIA), or an extension thereof. Many embodiments may facilitate collaborative creation of a repository for metadata, such as notes, characteristics, and/or statistics corresponding to data viewed with the user interface application. For example, the comments regarding websites may be collected from a first user via a first instantiation of the web browser extension and distributed to a second user via a second instantiation of the web browser extension. In several embodiments, the metadata may be collected and managed with instantiations of the web browser extension (herein after “WBE instants”) and a data manager may create, maintain, utilize, and/or communicate metadata in a datastore.

Abstract: Systems as described herein may implement non-persistent data caching using a dedicated web server. A non-persistent data caching system may determine that an application, executing on a computing device may require access to secure data located on a remote server external to the computing device. The non-persistent data caching system may initiate a dedicated web server on the computing device, retrieve the secure data from the remote server, and store the secure data in a volatile memory of the computing device. The non-persistent data caching system may subsequently redirect a request for at least a portion of the secure data from the application and to the dedicated web server, and the dedicated web server may send the requested portion to the application.

Abstract: A method and related system for presenting generated queries is disclosed. The method includes selecting a first context based on a set of inputs comprising a first query and determining a match between the first context and a stored context. The method also includes generating a second query based on the set of inputs with a first language model in response to the match, identifying an indicated portion of the second query using a second language model, and generating an issue indicator of the second query based on the indicated portion, where the first language model is configured with a schema of a target database and a first query set. The method may also include sending the data to the client device, wherein the data causes the client device to visually present a representation of the indicated portion concurrently with a representation of the issue indicator.

Abstract: A method includes receiving, from a client device, an original user request to retrieve media content from a server, determining one or more media formats supported by the client device, identifying a formatted media content corresponding to a media format of the one or more media formats supported by the client device, generating a modified user request based on augmenting the original user request to include the formatted media content, and receiving, from the server, a response to the modified user request. In response to determining the response includes an error, the original user request is reconstructed, media content is retrieved from the media server using the reconstructed original user request, the retrieved media content is converted to one of the media formats supported by the client device, and the converted media content is sent to the client device.

Abstract: A method and related system for generating and presenting queries is disclosed. The method includes selecting a first context based on a set of inputs including a first query and determining a match between the first context and a stored context associated with a schema. The method further includes generating a second query based on the set of inputs with a first language model in response to the determination of the match and identifying an indicated portion of the second query by providing, as a second input, the second query to a second language model. The method also includes generating data, the data including an issue indicator of the second query based on the indicated portion; and sending the data to the client device.

Abstract: Systems and computer-implemented methods disclosed herein relate to detecting errors in manually entered data. In one embodiment, the system can identify a named entity automatically from a conversation between a customer and service agent with a named entity recognition model that employs natural language processing and machine learning to detect a word or string of words in the conversation that corresponds to a named entity category. In another embodiment, the system can determine whether data entered into a field on a service platform by the service agent includes an error by comparing the data entered with the named entity. In another embodiment, the system can transmit an alert to the service agent through the service platform when there is a mismatch between the named entity and the data entered.

Abstract: Example embodiments of systems and methods for data transmission system between transmitting and receiving devices are provided. In an embodiment, each of the transmitting and receiving devices can contain a master key. The transmitting device can generate a diversified key using the master key, protect a counter value and encrypt data prior to transmitting to the receiving device, which can generate the diversified key based on the master key and can decrypt the data and validate the protected counter value using the diversified key. Example embodiments of systems and methods can be used to provide further authentication and added levels of security for transactions.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a concierge network. The concierge network comprises a server in communication with a plurality of user devices over a network, and the server is configured to: generate one or more proposals based on request data using a machine learning algorithm trained model; receive a user input for modifying one or more fields of the one or more proposals via a first graphical user interface, in which at least one of the one or more fields includes insight data extracted from feedback data received from a second graphical user interface; and output at least one of the one or more modified proposals for display on the second graphical user interface.

The device may determine, using at least one machine learning model, a classification of the user that indicates a level of quality of a relationship between the user and the entity. The device may determine, based on the classification determined using the at least one machine learning model, one or more adjustments that are to be applied to one or more charges assessed to the account by the entity. The device may apply the one or more adjustments to the one or more charges.
