    Abstract: The present invention provides a soybean anti-pod-shattering major QTLqPD05, and a mapping method and application thereof, and belongs to the field of QTL mapping. The soybean anti-pod-shattering major QTL is mapped on the chromosome 5 of soybean at a physical position between 40448596-40703417. For the method for mapping the soybean anti-pod-shattering major QTL, a SLAF marker is screened at the whole genome level of the soybean by utilizing a SLAF-seq sequencing technology, so as to explore the QTLs related to pod shattering from this population. By using a material of a RIL7 population which has pod-shattering soybean and anti-pod-shattering soybean as the parents, a high-density genetic linkage map covering the whole genome of soybean is constructed, and QTL mapping of the anti-pod-shattering trait is carried out on this population to obtain QTLs related to anti-pod-shattering.

    Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of biology, and in particular relates to an attenuated strain of African swine fever virus (ASFV) with IPTG-induced deletion of a D1133L gene and use thereof. In the present disclosure, it is firstly found that the D1133L protein of ASFV can inhibit production of IFN-? and downstream cytokines ISG-15 and ISG-56, and can be used as an immunosuppressant with a relatively strong immunosuppressive effect. In addition, the attenuated strain of ASFV with IPTG-induced deletion of the D1133L gene is constructed. Specifically, a screening expression cassette is inserted into a position before the non-structural protein gene D1133L of the ASFV using an Escherichia coli lac operator-repressor system, to obtain a recombinant virus. In the presence of the IPTG, the recombinant virus has similar characteristics to a wild-type virus; and in the absence of the IPTG, the expression of the D1133L protein is inhibited.

In the soybean genetic transformation method of the present invention, using the PMI gene as a selectable marker, soybean explants are infected by recombinant Agrobacterium with the PMI gene and a target gene, followed by co-culture; without recovery culture, the co-cultured explants are directly selected by a selective medium supplemented with mannose, where transformed explants with the PMI gene grow normally under selection pressure of mannose, while non-transformed explant growth is inhibited, thereby selecting successfully transformed positive plants; after shoot elongation and transplantation of the positive plants obtained, genetically transformed soybean plants are obtained successfully.

The invention overcomes the self-incompatibility of diploid potatoes, and does not require the introduction of any wild potato gene fragments, thereby avoiding linkage drag, and providing a basis for the rapid creation of a diploid potato inbred line.

    Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of African swine fever (ASF) treatment, in particular to use of a compound aprepitant in prevention or treatment of the ASF. In the present disclosure, it is found that the compound aprepitant can significantly inhibit replication of an African swine fever virus (ASFV); in addition, it is found that the aprepitant inhibits transcription and protein expression of D1133L, and reduces transcription and protein expression levels of p30 and p72, preventing virus invasion on host cells. Therefore, the compound aprepitant can be used to inhibit early and late infection of the ASFV. Accordingly, the compound aprepitant can be used to prevent or treat the ASF.

The testing time is shortened, and the portability and practicability of mycotoxin testing are improved.     Abstract: An artificial non-coding RNA (ncRNA) module constructed by a synthetic biology technique and the use of the artificial ncRNA module in the construction of an artificial nitrogen fixation system are disclosed. The RNA module can enhance the post-transcriptional stability of nifHDK mRNA by interacting with a nitrogenase coding gene nifHDK mRNA, thereby improving the nitrogen fixation ability of a chassis microorganism. A fusion expression vector carrying the artificial RNA module is constructed and transformed into different chassis nitrogen-fixing microorganisms. It is confirmed through experiments that, under nitrogen fixation conditions, the artificial RNA module of the present disclosure can significantly improve the nitrogenase activity of a recombinant engineering bacterial strain.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a canine parvovirus (CPV) nanobody CPV-VHH-H1 and use thereof, belonging to the technical field of immunology. A heavy-chain variable region sequence of the nanobody CPV-VHH-H1 has the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 1; and a gene encoding the nanobody CPV-VPP-H1 has the nucleotide sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 2.
