Both the functional region (A) and the peripheral region (B) include a supporting substrate, and the functional region (A) further includes a flexible substrate and at least one protecting layer that are sequentially arranged on the supporting substrate. The region of the orthographic projection of the flexible substrate on the supporting substrate is located within the region where the supporting substrate within the functional region (A) is located, and the protecting layer covers the surface of the flexible substrate further from the supporting substrate and the side of the flexible substrate close to the peripheral region (B). The adhesive force between the flexible substrate and the supporting substrate of the driving base plate is increased, and the reliability of the products manufactured by using the driving base plate is improved.

Abstract: An apparatus includes a pixelated photodiode array (PDA). Each pixel in the PDA includes a radiation detector, a memory configured to store a negative bias voltage for the PDA and a nominal breakdown voltage for each pixel in the PDA, and a read out integrated circuit (ROIC) communicatively coupled to the PDA and the memory. The ROIC is configured to read, from the memory, the negative bias voltage for the PDA and the nominal breakdown voltage for each pixel in the PDA, determine a difference between the negative bias voltage for the PDA and the nominal breakdown voltage for each pixel in the PDA, and adjust an arm/disarm bias voltage for each pixel in the PDA based on the difference between the negative bias voltage for the PDA and the nominal breakdown voltage for each pixel in the PDA.

The sections are alternatingly inversely magnetized along a trajectory extending in a first spatial direction. The sections includes respective magnetic poles that oppose each other in a second spatial direction, orthogonal to the first spatial direction, and an extent in a third spatial direction orthogonal to the first spatial direction and to the second spatial direction. The sections are magnetized over a length in the third spatial direction that is less than the extent. The magnetoresistive sensor is spaced from the transmitter by a gap in the second spatial direction, and the magnetoresistive sensor is stationary. The spatial directions may be directions in a cylindrical coordinate system or a cartesian coordinate system.

In one aspect, a semiconductor device includes: a memory array configured to store data and a circuitry coupled to the memory array and configured to read stored data from the memory array. The circuitry is configured to: obtain a starting address of target data to be read based on a read instruction, determine that the starting address is in a first address group of a plurality of address groups, each of the plurality of address groups being associated with a respective reading speed, and read out the target data from the memory array based on the starting address being in the first address group.

The processor is coupled to the storage device. The processor receives a data set. The processor takes the data set as an input data set, and searches a data map according to the input data set to obtain a best task path. The processor executes the best task path to obtain an output data set. The processor takes the output data set as the input data set, and repeatedly searches the data map according to the input data set, and executes a corresponding best task path until the output data set is the same as a target data set.

Abstract: A layout design methodology is provided for a device that includes two or more identical structures. Each device can have a first die, a second die stacked over the first die and a third die stacked over the second die. The second die can include a first through-silicon via (TSV) and a first circuit, and the third die can include a second TSV and a second circuit. The first TSV and the second TSV can be linearly coextensive. The first and second circuit can each be a logic circuit having a comparator and counter used to generate die identifiers. The counters of respective device die can be connected in series between the dice. Each die can be manufactured using the same masks but retain unique logical identifiers. A given die in a stack of dice can thereby be addressed by a single path in a same die layout.
