Abstract: Disclosed is a method of fabricating a construction element. The method may include assembling a mold on a rotational casting machine; rotating the mold around at least two axes at a predetermined speed; providing a first portion of magnesium silico-phosphate cement (MSPC) mix, having an altered hardening rate, to the mold while rotating the mold until at least a portion of the molds walls is covered by a first layer of the MSPC mix; and rotating the mold until the MSPC mix is hardened to a predetermined degree.

Abstract: Quantum annealers as analog or quantum processors can find paths in problem graphs embedded in a hardware graph of the processor, for example finding valid paths, shortest paths or longest paths. A set of input, for example nucleic acid reads, can be used to set up a graph with edges between nodes denoting overlap (i.e., common base pairs) between the reads with constraints applied to perform sequence alignment or sequencing of a nucleic acid (e.g., DNA) strand or sequence, finding a solution that has a ground state energy. At least a portion of the described approaches can be applied to other problems, for instance resource allocations problems, e.g., job scheduling problems, traveling salesperson problems, and other NP-complete problems.

Abstract: A collapsible telescoping pole assembly provided comprising at least first, second and third elongated tubular members, the second and third tubular members being slidably received within the first and second tubular member, respectively, between retracted and extended positions. A first locking mechanism is associated with the distal end of the first tubular member for releasably securing the second tubular member within the first tubular member in its extended position. Abstract: Apparatus for a drill powered wire puller are disclosed. In an embodiment the drill powered wire puller includes a center plate, a cradle plate, a housing, a support, the support including a receiver, and a capstan. The center plate is coupled with the cradle plate at a proximal end. The cradle plate includes a U-shaped notch and two hooks or catches which are configured to couple the cradle plate with a powered rotary tool, such as a drill. The right side of the center plate is coupled with a housing, the left side of the center plate is coupled with a support. The left side of the support is coupled with a capstan. The outer perimeter of the capstan includes notches that define at least one “cleat” shape in the outer perimeter.
Abstract: Provided is an anti-EphA4 antibody that can bind to EphA4 and enhance the cleavage of EphA4, as well as a pharmaceutical composition comprising the antibody as the active ingredient. A mouse anti-EphA4 antibody that has binding affinity towards EphA4 and can enhance the cleavage of EphA4 was obtained, and the sequence of the complementarity-determining region (CDR) of the mouse anti-EphA4 antibody was identified. Subsequently, the anti-EphA4 antibody of interest was obtained by producing a humanized antibody of the mouse anti-EphA4 antibody.
