The system includes a coordinator, an active computing device and a passive computing device in communication with each other. The active computing device has a processor and a storage device storing computer executable code. The computer executable code is configured to: train the federated learning model in the active computing device using dimensions of an instance in the active computing device; and instruct the at least one passive computing device to train the federated learning model in the at least one passive computing device using dimensions of the instance in the at least one passive computing device. The training instances in the active and the at least one passive computing devices do not correspond to each other at the same training time.

Abstract: A system and a method for cooperative maneuvering and cooperative risk warning of vehicles. The system includes monocular surveillance cameras, local computing devices, and a master server. Each local computing device receives video frames from the camera, detects and tracks vehicles from the video frames, and converts the video frames to bird-view. Each detected vehicle is represented by a detection vector having first dimensions representing two dimensional (2D) parameters of the vehicle and second dimensions representing three dimensional (3D) parameters of the vehicle. Tracking of the vehicles is performed by minimizing loss calculated based on the first dimensions and the second dimensions of the detection vectors. The master server receives bird-views from different computing devices and combines the bird-views into a global bird-view, and performs cooperative maneuvering and cooperative risk warning of the vehicles using the global bird-view.

The computer executable code is configured to: receive images captured from one end to the other end of the house; detect keypoints in the images using a neural network; identify pig skeletons by associating several related keypoints; track the skeletons in the images to obtain trajectories; divide each image into an activated zone and a deactivated zone; designate a spatial value of 0 for the skeletons in the activated zone and a spatial value of 1 for the skeletons in the deactivated zone; summating first order difference of the spatial values for each trajectory to obtain a trajectory count; and add the trajectory counts to obtain pig count.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention adapt interconnect systems to apply automated rules and analytics to the Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting (“AAA”) messages between providers that are handled by the interconnect system. The automated rules and analytics interpret or convert the administrative messages into a measure of technical performance of the visited network in relation to a corresponding home network provider. As part of this process, the system establishes a procedure that matches messages involving a device to be related and produces a data structure and corresponding data that is stored and reflects the performance or other salient data points. The structure of the data is set of extracted and calculated data that is derived from the messages and is assembled to reflect operation at the level of each administrative messaging session, involving a request to the home network provider to join a visited network.

Abstract: The present disclosure is generally directed to a method and system for authentication with a computer network that comports with CNA requirements, but utilizes a bypass approach that allows for authentication to be completed within a full-featured browser. In an embodiment, an access point (AP) may be configured to allow for user devices to associate and detect the presence of a captive portal. However, during the CNA messaging sequence, the AP can provide a CNA bypass message that causes the CNA browser instantiated on the user device to consider the authentication complete without having to satisfy authentication requirements. Based on the CNA bypass message, the user device may then transition to a full-featured browser to complete authentication via a captive portal. Authentication may be completed by, for example, watching at least a portion of a video, playing a video game, taking a quiz, and/or entering identifying information.
