Abstract: A package for containing a flowable infusible material comprising a closed bag made from a porous material. The bag has a first side, a second side that opposes the first side and two other sides. The package also has a drawstring that passes out of the interior of the package via a first exit point located adjacent one end of the first side and a second exit point located adjacent the other end of the first side. Means are provided to constrain the drawstring against adjacent the ends of the second side and at some intermediate point along each of said other sides (preferably near the midpoint). The arrangement being such that pulling the ends of the drawstring in substantially opposite directions causes the drawstring to move relative to the sides it engages and thus enable the package to collapse.

Abstract: Viscoelastic surfactant based aqueous fluid systems are described that are useful in fracturing subterranean formations penetrated by a wellbore. The preferred thickening agents are quaternary ammonium halide salts derived from certain waxes, fats and oils. The thickening agent is used in conjunction with an inorganic water soluble salt such as ammonium chloride or potassium chloride, and an organic stabilizing additive selected from the group of organic salts such as sodium salicylate. The resulting fluids are stable to a fluid temperature of about 225.degree. F.

Abstract: A swab dispenser system is provided that includes a reusable outer receptacle and a replaceable refill container insertable therewithin. The outer receptacle is formed with a fin projecting vertically upwardly and centrally positioned on the bottom panel of the receptacle. The fin has a horizontal length greater than a width thereof. The refill container on its bottom wall also includes a fin. The fin of the refill container has a hollow interior for form-fittingly receiving the fin projecting upwardly from the receptacle bottom panel. Function of the fin is to allow a consumer to properly orient the refill container when placing same into the receptacle. The fin also functions to direct swabs into a proper arrangement when they are being factory filled into the container. Furthermore, the position and geometry of the fin maximizes the number of swabs fillable into the container.

Abstract: The invention relates to improvements in edible fats, in particular to improved hardstocks for use in spreads having a low content of saturated fat and to spreads containing these hardstocks. Edible spreads should contain particularly low levels of C-16 saturated fatty acids and low levels of trans fatty acids. Accordingly, the invention provides a fat blend, for use as a hardstock in an edible emulsion spread, obtainable by interesterification of a fat rich in behenic acid together with a fat rich in palmitic and/or stearic acid such that in the interesterified mixture the behenic acid content is at least 5% and the sum of palmitic and stearic acid content is at least 50%. Such hardstock fats may be obtained by interesterification of 10%-90% (by weight) wet fractionated palm stearin (80% palmitic acid) with 90%-10% (by weight) fully hydrogenated high erucic rapeseed oil. The preferred ratio of components is 60% of the behenic acid source and 40% of the palmitic and/or stearic acid source.
