  • Publication number: 20240088479
Abstract: A motor vehicle traction battery module having an inherently rigid battery housing, in which a plurality of plate-shaped pouch battery cells are arranged parallel to one another. A plate-shaped cooling structure for direct cooling of the pouch battery cells by a cooling liquid is arranged between two adjacent pouch battery cells. The cooling structure, which is compressible in the transverse direction and perpendicular to its plate plane, includes a plurality of inherently rigid trench bodies, each having a trench opening. The trench bodies alternately face with their respective trench openings the one pouch battery cell and the other pouch battery cell of the two adjacent pouch battery cells in such a way that the respective pouch battery cell is directly cooled by a cooling liquid flowing in the respective trench body.

  • Publication number: 20240075914
Abstract: A method for optimizing the meterability of brake force in an ABS braking with a brake-by-wire brake system. The method includes various steps. First, a driver brake request is sensed by a pedal force simulator. In addition, a trigger point (A) of an ABS braking is recognized. In the case of a recognized ABS braking, there is a correction of the sensed driver brake request such that, upon recognizing the trigger point (A) during a reduction of the sensed driver brake request, the corrected driver brake request is reduced to the extent that ABS braking is no longer present. The corrected driver brake request is subsequently implemented by building up a corresponding brake pressure in a brake device of the brake system.

  • Patent number: 11919370
Abstract: An air-guiding device for an interior of a motor vehicle includes a housing forming a cavity, slats accommodated in the cavity, and an outlet opening. The slats are formed pivotably in a direction of a body transverse axis and configured to deflect an air flow in the direction of the body transverse axis. The outlet opening enables the air flow to flow into the interior of the motor vehicle. The slats are arranged upstream of the outlet opening and spaced apart, for non-visibility, from the outlet opening in a direction of a body longitudinal axis. A central web is arranged in the cavity. The central web is configured to deflect the air flow in a direction of a motor vehicle vertical axis, and the central web divides the cavity in the direction of the motor vehicle vertical axis into a first flow duct and a second flow duct.

  • Patent number: 11919586
Abstract: The application relates to a method for operating an actuator for a motor vehicle, the actuator having an actuating drive and a signal input. The actuating drive is operated as a function of a setpoint value received via the signal input and a threshold value stored in the actuator for setting an actual value of the actuator to the setpoint value, wherein the threshold value is set equal to the setpoint value when the actuator leaves an operating range of the actuator defined by the threshold value of the setpoint value. The application further relates to an actuator for a motor vehicle and a method for operating an arrangement of an actuator and a control unit for a motor vehicle.
