  • Patent number: 7382543
Abstract: The present invention mainly relates to the structure and manufacturing process of a new f? lens in LSU, which is plastic lens produced through injection molding. Its optical surface is made of multi-sections, and the optical surface of each section, according to the angles formed between the sections and the laser beams ripping-in, are designed with a specified coefficient set. Therefore, this new f? lens, with high tolerance in assembling and high performance in scanning, avoids the demerit of conventional f? lens, each optical surface of which has only one coefficient set. According to the curve fall formed at the border of every two optical surfaces, we find out a way to ascertain the best continuing surface profile, which is curve fitting simulation and optical simulation.

Abstract: A mobile cart for serving food and/or beverages is described. According to various implementations, the cart is equipped with a removable mission module. The mission module includes equipment that is used by the cart to perform its designated mission, such as an oven (for a hot food service mission module), a cooling unit (for a cold food service mission module), a beverage dispenser (for a beverage service mission module), a point of sale terminal (for duty-free service mission module), appropriate branding (for a franchising mission), or a custom equipment (for a customized mission). The mission module also includes a processor and a memory. The mission module is removable, and may be one of several mission modules available to the cart. Thus, for each type of mission, there may be a different mission module. This enables the cart to be quickly and easily “customized” for each mission by replacing an unneeded module with a required one.

  • Publication number: 20080119608
Abstract: A process is disclosed for dispersion spinning non-melt-processible fluoropolymer fiber in which a mixture of an aqueous dispersion of non-melt-processible fluoropolymer particles and an aqueous solution of a matrix polymer is formed. The non-melt-processible fluoropolymer particles have an SSG of less than about 2.40 and comprise a core of high molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene and a shell of lower molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene or modified polytetrafluoroethylene. The mixture is extruded into a coagulation bath containing a concentration of ions which coagulate the matrix polymer to form an intermediate fiber structure. The intermediate fiber structure is sintered to decompose the matrix polymer and coalesce the non-melt-processible fluoropolymer particles to form the fiber. The present invention also provides for spinning composition useful for the dispersion spinning of non-melt-processible fluoropolymer fiber.
