Abstract: A domestic cooling device has a cold chamber delimited by walls, and at least one lighting module fitted into a wall opening of a delimiting wall of the cold chamber. The lighting module includes a light outlet pane, a light source arrangement having at least one light-emitting diode, a reflector body which reflects light in the direction towards the light outlet pane, which light reflection surface is irradiated by each light-emitting diode of the light source arrangement, and a frame part which is produced separately from the reflector body and protrudes from the delimiting wall on the side thereof facing towards the cold chamber, which frame part forms a visible surface which extends all around the light outlet pane and is exposed towards the cold chamber. The frame part is a surface-coated plastics component which is held in place by engaging the underside of the light outlet pane.

Abstract: A door lock for a domestic electrical appliance includes a locking member which is electrically switchable between an unlocking position and a locking position, which locking member in the unlocking position allows a closed door of the domestic appliance to be opened and in the locking position is in blocking engagement with a blockable component at least when the door is closed, and an auxiliary member, separate from the blockable component, which is movable in dependence on the closing of the door from a release position into a blocking position. The blocking engagement effects blocking of the closed door against opening. In the release position, the auxiliary member allows the locking member to be transferred from the unlocking position into the locking position; in contrast, in its blocking position, the auxiliary member blocks the locking member against being transferred from the unlocking position into the locking position.

Abstract: A door lock for a domestic electrical appliance comprises a movably arranged locking member, which is selectively adjustable into an unlocking position and a locking position and in the unlocking position permits the opening of a closed door of the domestic appliance and in the locking position is in blocking engagement with a blockable component, at least when the door is closed. The blocking engagement causes the closed door to be blocked against opening. The door lock further comprises an electrically controllable actuator for actuating the locking member, and an electrical door detection switch that switches depending on the closing of the door. The doer lock also comprises an electrical auxiliary switch device, which selectively opens or closes an electrical shunt path to the door detection switch depending on the position of the locking member.

Abstract: A door lock for a domestic electrical appliance such as, for example, a washing machine of the top loader type includes a lock module, a housing shell for the floating mounting of the lock module on a housing wall portion of a body of the domestic appliance, a locking member which is arranged to be movable between an unlocking position and a locking position, and an electrically controllable actuator for actuating the locking member. The lock module has an insertion opening for insertion of a closing element on closing of the door of the domestic appliance. The locking member in its unlocking position allows the closing element to move out of the insertion opening and in the locking position effects blocking of the closing element against moving out of the insertion opening. At least one centring slope for the closing element is formed at the insertion opening.

Abstract: A domestic electrical appliance, in particular a dishwashing machine, includes a main appliance body having a product treatment chamber, a door mounted on the main appliance body so as to be pivotable about a horizontal pivot axis close to the floor for closing an access opening to the product treatment chamber and a locking device having a locking assembly arranged on the main appliance body and a closing pin arranged on the door. The locking assembly has a latch movable between a release position and a latching position where the latch engages behind the closing pin to hold the door closed and releases the closing pin to open the door. The latch performs a rotational movement along a horizontal plane as it moves between the release position and the latching position, the closing pin being oriented vertically when the door is closed.

Abstract: A domestic laundry-washing appliance including an optical measuring device for obtaining measured values which are representative of a spectral transmission signature of a washing liquid used during operation of the laundry-washing appliance for cleaning textiles, and a control device which is adapted to categorise a cleaning agent contained in the washing liquid in respect of its chemical properties on the basis of the spectral transmission signature obtained, and to control the operation of the laundry-washing appliance in dependence on the categorisation result. The categorisation result can indicate, for example, a distinction between a heavy-duty detergent containing bleach and another bleach-free detergent.

Abstract: A door lock for a household electrical appliance has an electric door switch with two contact elements, a pusher and a pusher control element. The pusher presses against a first contact element that holds the door switch in one of the two switching states. Behind the window pane there is arranged a reflection surface which has a diffusely reflecting action for light emitted by a light source arrangement of the wall light in the direction towards to the light reflection surface, so that the light emitted by the wall light contains at least a significant proportion of scattered light. By means of the surface profiling, the light emission pattern of the wall light can be modified in some regions.
