Abstract: A console system for the interior of a motor vehicle includes a console component, a plate, and a lid. The console component defines a housing having an interior with an opening and a longitudinal axis. The plate has first and second ends and is supported on the console component and pivotably movable at the first end of the plate relative to the console component between a first position, wherein the plate covers the opening of the console component, and a second position, wherein the plate is spaced from the opening to allow access to the interior of the console component. The lid has a cover and an inner surface and is supported by the plate and pivotably movable at the second end of the plate between a first position, wherein the inner surface of the lid is juxtaposed the plate, and a second position, wherein the inner surface is spaced from the plate such that the inner surface and the plate define a co-extensive, substantially planar surface along the longitudinal axis of the console component.
Abstract: A driving current flowing through a first output transistor is given to a stator coil of a three-phase motor (first operation), a driving current flowing through the stator coil is output to the ground through a second output transistor (second operation), and no current flows through the stator coil during the off-state of both the first and second output transistors (third operation). Charge remaining in a gate of the first output transistor is rapidly output to the ground through an n-channel transistor for a short time at both the end of the first operation and the start of the second operation. Charge of a high voltage remaining in the stator coil is output to the ground through a voltage clamp circuit as a clamp current during the first and second operations while controlling the clamp current to a low value in a constant current circuit.

Abstract: In a sense amplifier, local I/O lines are maintained at a predetermined voltage by transistors. Transistors forming a current mirror supply an operating current according to a passing current which flows through transistors, to sense nodes. Transistors forming a current mirror extract an operating current according to the passing current which flows through transistors, from sense nodes. As a result, a voltage difference is generated in sense nodes in accordance with the operating current difference.

Abstract: The present invention relates a moiré image capturing apparatus and the related method, the apparatus comprising: an optical projection unit arranged in perpendicular to a reference surface with a light source for illuminating light to the reference surface, where an object is positioned, and a projection grating installed on a optic axis between the light source and the reference surface for projecting the light generated by the light source toward the object; and an optical imaging unit arranged in perpendicular to the reference surface with an imaging lens for making an image with the light reflected at the object and a light receiving part installed on the same optic axis as that of imaging lens for receiving the light passing through the imaging lens to turn into a moiré image, so that a reference grating is removed to make the apparatus in a simpler structure and that a step of removing an image of the reference grating except the moire image having information on figure of the object is n
Abstract: A system, method, and corresponding computer data product, generates a high resolution reference image, generates a set of rotated reference images from the high resolution reference image, cross-correlates the set of rotated reference images with the high resolution reference image to generate a set of cross-correlation values, and determines that the high resolution reference image is suitable for use in a normalized gray scale pattern find process when the difference between any two correlation values generated by the image cross correlation module is greater than a predetermined threshold value.
Abstract: A computer controlled system, method, and corresponding computer data product for determining a range of image decimation values for use in processing of images within a machine vision system. The system and method generates a high resolution reference image, generates a set of decimated reference images from the high resolution reference image, generates a set of interpolated reference images having a spatial image resolution identical to the high resolution reference image from the set of decimated images, cross-correlates the set of interpolated reference images with the high resolution reference image to generate a set of cross-correlation values, and selects a subset of the set of decimated reference images corresponding to interpolated references images that generated a cross correlation value greater than a predetermined threshold value.
Abstract: A database management system includes an object conversion unit converting each of a plurality of natural objects and each of a plurality of object IDs of consecutive data according to a predetermined rule in a unique relationship and a bidirectional manner; and a database storing tables of a hierarchical structure including the object IDs converted by said object conversion unit as a permanent object holding data during a period. The tables of the hierarchical structure have a data structure formed by connecting a lower table and another lower table through at least one upper table on a chain and in a bidirectional manner.

Abstract: A method of and system for analyzing image data representative of a sequential set of images of a spray plume, each of the images being representative of a density characteristic of the spray plume (i) along a geometric plane that intersects the spray plume, and (ii) at a predetermined instant in time, that in one aspect comprises sequentially displaying the set of images so as to exhibit a time evolution of the spray plume along the geometric plane. The invention may further integrate the set of images so as to exhibit a time-average representation of the images. In one embodiment, the invention comprises a general purpose computer executing software that receives and sequentially displays the set of images so as to exhibit a time evolution of the spray plume along the geometric plane, and provides a user interface for measuring one or more spray plume parameters associated with the spray plume within one or more of the images.

Abstract: A headset is described for use in connection with either mobile telephones, conventional landline telephones or personal computers. When used with wireless applications, the headset is housed in a generally elongated casing having an ear bud, having a speaker therein, and a battery pack extending therefrom which are used in conjunction with one another to secure the headset against a user's ear. The battery pack includes a lip that is designed to cradle the helix of a user's ear against the casing and is positioned distal of the ear bud such that the battery pack is located behind a user's ear when the headset is in its operating position. The battery pack and the ear bud are further positioned on the casing to counterbalance the end of the casing opposite the ear bud and to equally distribute the weight of the headset about the ear bud and prevent unnecessary movement of the headset about ear during operation.
