Abstract: A pharmaceutical package for carrying a pharmaceutical container includes a first housing and a second housing in the first housing. The second housing defines a compartment sized and shaped to receive and carry the pharmaceutical container. A gas chamber is disposed between the first and second housings. The gas chamber is configured to hold a gas in an inflated state of the gas chamber. A passage extends from the first housing to the second housing and defines a passageway extending there-between to allow the pharmaceutical container to be positioned in the compartment of the second housing by moving the pharmaceutical container through the passageway. One or more supports are connected to and extending between the first housing and the second housing. The one or more supports secure and hold the second housing in the first housing.

Abstract: An AI record matching system includes processors that may compare patient records using one or more rules, criteria, or parameters and determine whether any of the patient records include different demographic information but include same medical information for a same person based on comparing the patient records using the one or more rules, criteria, or parameters. The processors may receive feedback data indicating an overmatching of the patient records to the same person or an undermatching of the patient records to the same person. The processors may be trained by modifying the one or more rules, criteria, or parameters based on the feedback data. The processors may iteratively repeat one or more of examining the patient records, determining whether any of the patient records include the different demographic information but the same medical information for the same person, receiving the feedback data, and training the one or more processors.

Abstract: A method for controlling an autonomous unmanned aerial vehicle for delivery of a medication package includes determining a thermal control period for the medication package. The method also includes identifying a delivery location corresponding to the medication package. The method also includes identifying at least one environmental characteristic of an environment that includes a delivery three-dimensional flight path between a starting location and the delivery location, wherein the at least one environmental characteristic indicates an actual weather value at the delivery location. The method also includes determining whether to deliver the medication package based on the thermal control period and the at least one environmental characteristic, using the unmanned aerial vehicle.

Abstract: A pharmaceutical order filling system uses a physical parameter that occurs during attaching cap to a pharmaceutical container to determine if the cap is properly engaged. The physical parameter may be torque on the cap when placed on the container. An order processing device receives a pharmaceutical order and sends the order to a dispensing device that fills the container with a pharmaceutical in the pharmaceutical order. A cap device is configured to apply the cap the container containing the pharmaceutical from the dispensing device, wherein the cap device is configured to sense the physical parameter, e.g., torque, to the cap when applying the cap to the container.

Abstract: Methods and systems for classifying and editing insurance claims records are described. In one embodiment, a method, which can be performed by a processor, includes determining that a first prescription drug prescribed to a first patient should be filled by a pharmacy, determining a first guidepost date and a second guidepost date related to the first prescription, determining a third guidepost date associated with a second prescription, comparing the third guidepost date to the first and second guidepost dates to determine whether the third guidepost date occurs after the first guidepost date and before the second guidepost date, and filling and dispensing the first prescription drug as a full prescription supply and the second prescription drug as a full prescription supply on the same dispense date when the third guidepost date occurs after the first guidepost date and before the second guidepost date.

Abstract: The imaging system includes a rotating element that is configured to rotate about a central axis. A plurality of scanners are fixedly attached with the rotating element. Each scanner has a lens that faces generally towards the central axis, and the scanners are spaced apart from one another around the central axis. The scanners are configured to identify an optically readable machine readable code contained on the medication container. An actuator is operably connected with the rotating element and is configured to rotate the rotating element and the scanners around the central axis from respective e first positions to respective second positions to allow the scanners to image different areas of the medication container in response to a failure of the scanners to identify the machine readable code when the scanners were in the respective first positions.

Processor determines messaging data associated with available tasks, respectively, that is based on dates of receipt of messages pertaining to available tasks. Processor, using a predictive analysis neural network, generates a predictive analysis result that is based on the available tasks, the lengths of time associated with the available tasks, or messaging data associated with the available tasks.

Abstract: A system for generating a merged agent log starts with a processor receiving an audio signal of a communication session between a member-related client device and an agent client device. Processor processes the audio signal to generate caller utterances and generates identified tasks based on the caller utterances. The processor then generates caller utterance data including the identified tasks and a start time of the caller utterances and an end time of the caller utterances. The processor groups the caller utterances based on the identified tasks, and for each of the identified tasks, the processor generates an agent log using an agent logging neural network. The method also includes identifying one or more authenticated delivery locations corresponding to a recipient and determining whether the one or more authenticated delivery locations includes the first delivery location and, in response to a determination that the one or more authenticated delivery locations includes the first delivery location, instructing an unmanned aerial vehicle to transport the medication package from a starting location to the first delivery location. The method also includes, in response to the unmanned aerial vehicle communicating authentication data, determining whether the authentication data corresponds to the recipient.

Abstract: Methods and systems for predicting drug directions of a prescription are described. In one embodiment, values of a plurality of required pharmacy elements of a corresponding prescription are received and pre-processed, the values are weighted, a machine learning model to be used by a plurality of machine learning algorithms in predicting drug directions of the prescription is created, and a plurality of drug directions of the prescription are predicted by executing the machine learning algorithms on the weighted values of the plurality of required pharmacy elements of the prescription.

Abstract: A wearable computing device for identifying gestures indicating patient prescription adherence is provided. The wearable computing device includes a processor, a memory, and a motion sensor. The processor is configured to receive a set of prescription plan data defining a prescription for a pharmaceutical associated with a user of the wearable computing device. The processor is also configured to receive a gesture pattern of movement of the wearable computing device. The gesture pattern indicates that a patient is adhering to the prescription. The processor is further configured to detect, with the motion sensor, a first motion pattern associated with the wearable computing device. The processor is also configured to analyze the first motion pattern to determine if the gesture pattern has been performed. Upon determining that the gesture pattern has been performed, the processor is configured to update a prescription usage record.

Abstract: Method starts with a processor receiving configuration settings including an identified task, a relationship data, and a criticality value. Processor initializes a communication session with an agent client device. The communication session is between a virtual caller associated with the system and the agent client device. Processor then processes an audio signal of the communication session to generate an agent utterance and generates a transcribed agent utterance based on the agent utterance using a speech-to-text processor. Processor generates a virtual caller utterance using a task-specific virtual caller neural network associated with the identified task. The virtual caller utterance can be generated based on the transcribed agent utterance. The accumulation device is configured with a table assembly that includes a plurality of holding tubes configured to accumulate multiple bottles corresponding to pharmaceutical orders. The accumulation device also includes a bottle pick and place assembly configured to place bottles into holding tubes and an unload assembly configured to empty accumulated bottles from holding tubes into an unload assembly tube. The accumulation device may be further configured to receive and temporarily store a single bottle of a prescription order. The accumulation device may be configured to release accumulated bottles onto a conveyor in an upright position.

Abstract: A system includes a processor and memory providing instructions for execution by the processor. The instructions include, responsive to a request from a user device indicating a group type and a time frame, selecting a set of users based on the group type. The instructions include retrieving the user data and historical data from a database and identifying a set of new users during the time frame. The instructions include adding the set of new users to the set of users and generating synthetic historical data for the set of users. The instructions include, based on the synthetic historical data for each user, computing a likelihood of discontinuation of a drugs and computing a likelihood of initiation of a drug. The instructions include estimating, for the group type, an aggregated output based on the likelihoods of initiation and discontinuation. The instructions include displaying the aggregated output on the user device.

Abstract: An aspect of the present disclosure is related to a medication dispensing device that includes a housing with an interior. A plurality of cartridge slots are located in the interior, and each of the cartridge slots includes a drive mechanism. A plurality of cartridges are removably disposed in respective ones of the cartridge slots. Each cartridge includes a stationary hub and a rotational wheel. The stationary hub has a window, and the rotational wheel has a plurality of medication chambers that contain medications. The rotational wheel is disposed in the stationary hub. The drive mechanism of the respective cartridge slot is operably connected with the drive wheel and is configured to rotate the rotational wheel relative to the stationary hub to selectively align the medication chambers with the window to dispense the medications contained in the medication chambers out of the cartridge.

Abstract: In an embodiment, a medication dispensing assembly includes a housing containing a plurality of electronically activated guidance devices which are configured to guide medications from at least one medication dispenser into a plurality of containers. The housing includes a panel which closes off at least a portion of one side of the housing. The panel has a plurality of wire openings that are spaced apart from one another. A plurality of wires extend through a portion of an interior of the housing and extend through the wire openings of the panel from the interior of the housing to outside of the housing. The wires are electronically connected with electronically activated guidance devices. At least one of the wire openings includes a slot which extends to an edge of the panel.

Abstract: A container to hold contents therein is described with a gauge to indicate the level of contents in the container. The container can be a prescription container to store capsules, tablets, pills and the like. A label is affixed outside the container and is substantially opaque such that the interior is not visible through the label. The label including a vertical, transparent viewing window to see past the label, through the container wall to view the contents therein. The label includes indicia and indicators adjacent the window to indicate a time remaining for the supply of contents in the container or other characteristics of the contents. The time remaining can be calculated by the container volume and characteristics of the contents.
